Ordered my girlfriend flowers for Valentine’s Day $167.00 for flower with a vase, chocolates, and a stuffed animal. The vase was never delivered with the flowers also the flowers were all pretty much dead except maybe one. I’ve seen better flowers at a grocery store. They were delivered a 7:40 at night! I get Valentine’s Day is a busy day but that’s pretty late. Very bad experience unfortunately :(

customer service is horrible. Placed the order today for same day delivery which it allowed and they called me to tell me that the driver already delivered to the NE side and was now on the NW side and was not going to the NE side again that the delivery would be tomorrow morning when i said no the bday is today she said that he was not going out so i said cancel she put me on hold for about 3 minutes just to come on say ok the order has been canceled. They did not try to make anything right. So why would they allow me to place the order? makes no sense. Never ordering from them again. Prices are high enough.Message to owner: I already did. I sent emails to everywhere. She put me on hold so I am pretty sure she spoke to a manager first and that was the answer. You know people depend on your business to make someone day a very happy day and your store failed. Answer was Edible arrangements does not know every store schedule so guess what Edible arrangements should not offer same day delivery if they do not know what every store situation is and the employee should of offered a solution. Answering a google review is easy as 123 to make others believe that you care but the moment it was time for you to show you care you failed. So my review will stay and so will the rest of emails that were sent. Maybe now you wont offer same day delivery

Kudos to the super kind gentleman trying to deliver my birthday arrangement to the total wrong address with my daughters phone number attached!! I honestly am not even sure the address give even existed! When he finally got the correct address, and handed me the gorgeous treats, he was so calm yet I’m sure he was about to scream. He said to me, “I’m sure you know what’s happening with this”, and I just nodded thinking that it was for my birthday. I had no clue, until I came in and read the card, what he was talking about

Purchased the Celebration Dipped Fruit Delight basket along with the Cheescake, Cupcakes, & Brownie platter as a gift for my relatives. I was provided excellent customer service by Patrick and Sarah. My family said the basket and platter were beautiful and delicious. Thank you for the perfect gift. I highly recommend Edible Arrangements in Cape Coral.

Sara was awesome with handling my anniversary order on short notice online. I had specific instructions to surprise my wife at her job and they made it happen to the details I requested. My wife was very surprised and with emotion. So much so, I'm using them again for my wife's birthday and Sara again is coming through - she didn't hesitate on my surprise request.I don't really give much reviews but when you go out of your way, that shows the kind of person you really are... and with that, they should be recognized. 10 ⭐ if I could!!!

Absolutely terrible!!The guy asked me for my email and I wouldn’t give it to him and he said you can order online! A 200.00 order and he had a attitude, ya dropped the ball! Bad, bad customer relations!

If I could rate this higher I would. I have never ordered anything from this company before. My 80 y/o sister-in-law had a total knee replacement 2 days ago and was in extreme pain, miserable and not smiling. I ordered an arrangement to be delivered. It was ordered at 10am and arrived on her doorstep at 1:30pm. My brother said it was outstanding and made her smile! Mission accomplished. Thank you so much for making her day a little bit brighter!! ?❤

This was a review I entered on their website and the owner's response...........Along with the screen shot of the text I received that contradicts the owner response.........BEWARE! Not only do they not deliver, they are not truthful!! I could rate this location zero, I would! I placed a order as a Christmas gift and I live in another state from this location. They called me to say that it would be after Christmas and that two of the items are not in stock. I accepted this and agreed to a replacement for the missing items, as well as a deliver of 12/26. I just received a text stating on 12/26, they would not be able to deliver today because their staff is enjoying time with their families and if Monday delivery is not acceptable, they would refund the money. I tried to call the location to discuss and there is no answer. I will be making complaints as I think I should be compensated for this inconvenience that I have had to deal with twice!! Horrible way to do business. I would not recommend!!! ***EDITED ******based on company response...... so you can reply to online reviews but not answer the multiple phone calls I placed? And this is the verbatim text I received today if you would like to discuss further. "This message is for Christine Bunn, from Edible Arrangements. We had planned on delivering your order today, but some of our drivers are on holiday to be with their families today and we can't do them till Monday." We regret this inconvenience to you. If Monday does not work, we will issue a complete refund. Response from the owner an hour ago The staff were not enjoying time with family but some of the drivers had cold and recorded temperature so considering the safety of the customers and other staff we had to cancel the routes they were driving. As there is a pandemic going on and as a small business we had to make the safety measures.

I had previously left a negative review due to poor quality but Juliet from the store contacted me immediately and made it right! She sent me a dozen chocolate covered strawberries and a dozen cookies. The strawberries look absolutely amazing!! They are fresh and huge!! Thank you for getting back with me and handling this so well. Very impressed!! ❤
