These people literally continued to put their hands on my mother (acting nicely but being extremely forceful ) after she did not want a service done because the lady was laughing /making fun of her eyebrows . Then tried to over price her for a service so my mom said no thank you . After i was done with my pedicure i went to my mom to let her know so my mom tried to pay (mind you her nail tech wasn’t working on her nails at the time ) rudely came up to my mom grabbing her hand once again putting their hands on people forcefully so my mom desired to pay and leave without getting her nails painted . she was still nice and tipped the lady which i absolutely would not have and the lady had the nerve to ask me … uh what is wrong with her is she okay today ? You can not push people around and expect them to want to do any services with you . Also i have a very well behaved 2 year old which they told me, they could not do her nails or toes because of her age and I understood… However, the guy who is doing my toes, he asked if she wanted to get her toes done and he was willing to do it… I’m assuming it’s the boss lady /owner rudely told him no. ( i had non toxic polish fir my babygirl ) I’ve been to this place several times, but after they put Their hands on my mother, the way that they did today, forcing her around and expecting her to want to continue. The service blew me out of the water and I will no longer be going there… Such a shame. I’ve never been so shocked with their service… And it wasn’t not one lady, but two. It’s no wonder this is the only place never “booked” .

Wonderful experience first time there was very clean great staff the guy that did my nails was amazing sorry I don’t remember your name I think it was Louis but I will definitely be returning new nail salon for sure

Guys, I've been through it over the years with this place. Just when I think I'll give them a chance again out of desperation because event coming up and I get out of work late, they are close by, they never fail to let me down. This is my first time reviewing and it's overdue. My daughter has left with warped bumpy acrylics, I have left with bleeding toe nails, this time the nail dip kept on chipping, I went back, got it fixed, and it just keeps on chipping again, all because she is too cheap to put enough layers, saving her low quality product. When I came in to show Kim the nails breaking she was called out of the back with big red marks on her face after waxing mustache, and it was so clear she had ripped off about 5 layers of skin lol that you could see the skin peeling back around the area of application. So don't go there for that either. Had to collect herself and soothe the area right in front of me in the mirror before she attempted to fix my breaking nails. Wish i had taken pics before i went back in the first time. Don't walk, run!
