Fairview Lending has supported my every need as we worked through the purchase of our home new home. Sean Wilkins and Daya Laredo attended to every question over the weeks of preparing our documents and were attentive to every timeline we as buyers needed to meet. Every document was transferred using a controlled portal for security and was extremely easy to use during the entire process. I am using Fairview Lending to monitor mortgage rates over the next year, as we expect the Fed Reserve to drop interest rates that will then support even better mortgage rates for me to consider. Sean and Daya are a great team and I recommend them to anyone. Tony

I have used several lending agencies in my life and this was definitely the easiest. Sean and Daya were awesome! Always available and didn’t hesitate to pick up the phone to keep me informed. So before you go online to some lender in other state, check them out and support our local businesses !

Randy was AWESOME!!!!! We had investment property, we held mortgage notes, etc. that he had to weed thru to get us approved. Randy was very thorough in explaining the process to us, being new to Fl.
