I use this fedex drop off all the time. Yesterday (8/18/25) was the first time I had issues. The latest pick up time for this location says 3:45, I got there a 3:42 the fedex driver was parked outside I asked him if he could take my envelope he shook his head no (i have always been able to give fedex drivers an envelope), then pointed to the Walgreens. Then I asked him if he already picked up, he shook his head yes and shrugged. If he isnt going to take envelopes, then the least he can do is pick up at the time indicated on the latest pick up.

I just had to wait for the employee to find the scanner they needed. No one knew where it was but after about 5 minutes of waiting they found it.
