I’m extremely satisfied with my experience at the Firestone store. The service agents were top-notch, making it effortless to schedule an appointment, check in, and understand the necessary repairs for my vehicle. I appreciated the proactive update when a vehicle manufacturer's requirement necessitated a change from the initial assessment. Great service!

Edit: Rescheduled and the issues are mostly from car advise. Very nice and knowledgable staff. Shane was a huge help and very patient and kind.
If you book through car advise, please call the location directly as well, because you may not get your appointment fully confirmed, even though you receive a confirmation from car advise. I waited an hour and a half, and my vehicle was finally about to get serviced, but unfortunately, my schedule is too busy and had to go with no service completed.

Just had a very poor experience, this is the second time I've been there at this location. Neither were anywhere close to acceptable. But let's discuss this one. I called in at 8:49 on a Friday morning, spoke with Josh. He was great and accommodating with estimate. Set up an appointment for 1 that afternoon to get tires replaced on wife's car. Dropped it off at about 9:30, didn't need it and had other things to do. When we walked in, I was greeted by Justin. I told him I had spoke to Josh on the phone and he got a little snarkey in his response, appearantly I didn't need Josh. (I just assumed they work on commission). Well, I pointed it out to Justin that I wasn't impressed with his response, remember who your customers are, and we continued to check in. Part of the tire swap is an alignment check. They took my wife's number and said they would call when ready. Well, I'm no tire changer, but after 3 1/2 hours past appointment time, I called. They said about another 30 minutes. After 45 more minutes, I decided they have had plenty of time to have changed 4 tires and perform alignment check. On our way there, we get a call that the aliment is out. I told them no, they had taken too long and I would take it somewhere else.
Picked up the car, tires were not cleaned from residue and tire pressures were way high. Manufacturer tire pressure for this car is 32 psi. See pictures below. Unacceptable. I won't talk about the first experience here, not bad, but not a good experience, none the less.

Shane was exceptional!! Very nice about getting me in same day, as I only have 1 day off a week. At first, when I walked in, I almost left. Not one of the 3 or 4 workers at the computer greeted me when I walked in. Shane did though. He explained all my alignments and brakes, tires, ect. to me. He didn't pressure me to buy anything, but did let me know what was needed and why. Very polite, very nice, very educated. I hope one day he ends up managing. Good customer service is so undervalued, and I am one that will look for the good customer service....first!! I will recommend and refer people, to ask for Shane.

Nice people. Very professional, but the only reason they did not get five stars is because the person at the desk has no idea what is going on with the vehicles without talking to the person who worked on the vehicles. When I went there, the person who worked on my wife's vehicle was no longer there so he had to make a phone call to call the person at home. Maybe they should put notes in the computer so they can relay the information to the customer.
