I am compelled to share the experience my wife and I endured at Firestone Complete Auto Care, which I consider nothing short of extreme negligence, endangerment, and a blatant disregard for customer safety. I hope this serves as a crucial warning to potential customers considering their services. On December 10th, we entrusted Firestone with our vehicle for a comprehensive service, including 4 new tires, a brake job, alignment, and an oil change, totaling a hefty $2000. Three days later, on December 13th, a loud "clunking" sound developed in my wife's car. I instructed her to pull over at the nearest safe spot - a grocery store parking lot. Upon inspection, I discovered that all 20 wheel lug nuts were only finger tight, a shocking discovery that exposed us to a life-threatening safety risk. The extreme negligence displayed by Firestone is beyond comprehension, and the gravity of the situation cannot be overstated. What adds insult to injury is the reprehensible customer service we experienced when attempting to address this life-threatening issue. I contacted Firestone's corporate office immediately, only to be assured of a return call within two days. To my dismay, the promised calls never materialized on three separate occasions (December 13th, 17th, and 31st and still to this day have never been contacted) The lack of communication and accountability from Firestone is not only disrespectful but raises serious concerns about their commitment to customer safety. Their disregard for our well-being and the dangerous oversight during the service is unacceptable. I implore anyone considering Firestone Complete Auto Care to think twice before entrusting them with their vehicle. Our experience is a stark reminder of the potential safety risks, and I cannot emphasize enough the need to exercise extreme caution when dealing with this establishment. In summary, Firestone's actions can only be described as unlawful, dangerous, and a betrayal of the trust customers place in them. Stay vigilant and prioritize your safety by choosing a more reliable and conscientious auto service provider.

I’ve used them so many times and they are always professional, the store is clean, and they always do good work. I will definitely use them again. And because I have a Firestone card I didn’t have to pay for a flat tire repair. It’s rare that a company consistently does a good job. They also take you in right away if you make an appointment.

I recently visited this location for new tires, brakes, and an oil change, which amounted to a significant expense. Unfortunately, within two days, my wife noticed unsettling 'clunking sounds' while driving. Investigation revealed that all 20 lug nuts were left only finger tight. This safety oversight is deeply concerning, and despite my attempts to communicate with the corporate office, there has been no response. Safety is paramount, and I hope this feedback prompts necessary improvements in their service quality.

The staff was professional and took care of my car service quickly. I keep returning to this store because it'd easy to get in and out and I can be done early enough to get to work on time.

Wow an hour and a half to plug a tire. As I watch five of them screwing around through the window. Very poorly run. Maybe they need some adults working here. Texting on there phones. Now my car is out of the bay and still waiting. First and last time using this place.

Came in because a nail was in my tire. At the time my low air light was not on, the man that checked where the tire was began to wiggle and pry at the nail. He then said let's check if it is leaking air (to myself I thought, 'well it wasn't leaking air, but it is now'). After realizing we needed to plug it, I waited 3 hours in the waiting room for this to be done, would have been longer but someone asked what I was waiting for and they made it priority...finally.A different day I went for oil change with a early appointment, didn't get my car back for 5 hours after. They never called, I called them to get an update since it was taking forever. After calling they gave me an estimated time of one more hour till it was done.I should have read the reviews before coming to this location.

Kyle, Troy, Jeff and the gang here, I feel, have put my best interests above all else. I feel safe and comfortable knowing these guys take care of all my car's needs. I would highly recommend THIS Firestone location based on my own satisfaction with their customer service.

I wish there were no stars to give. This location ripped me off with a "spark plugs" they supposedly performed on my vehicle. I found out the hard way that the "job" was never performed. After driving 1,000 miles I took the vehicle to the dealer and they ran a diagnostic test that showed that the spark plugs needed to be repaired immediately. After 4 calls to Firestone and two months of waiting and trying to get someone to speak with me and get this fixed, no one has called me. On top of that, Bridgestone Americas, Inc or Firestone Complete Autocare is not accredited with the Better Business Bureau (BBB). Please, DO NOT USE this location if you value your vehicle, your time, and your safety and your families'.

Best service ever received, guys in the shop are great took care of my needs and then some. Kyle is awesome and a real stand up guy who will succeed in showing everyone that if they come into the shop for any service to your vehicle

Took my wife's car in for a synthetic oil change and paid $10 extra for inspecting the engine and fluids. I noticed the next morning when she left for work a large splotch of liquid under her car and figured it was dried up coolant. The driveway is a dark color and couldn't tell by looking. The next day, the same thing. On the third day after the oil change she said she felt the car was running hot. I had the car towed to our regular mechanic who found the drainplug washer or gasket was bad and should have been replaced during the oil change. Wouldn't one expect the mechanic would have found the leak during the oil change or inspection? I had to get another complete synthetic oil change. I requested a refund on my wife's Firestone card and now after two weeks of their customer service rep telling me the case had to be settled in "upper management" and to be patient, I ran out of patience and wrote this review. We plan to pay off her Firestone card and close the account. There are thankfully other options here and will not return to this store (N. Del Prado Blvd., Cape Coral) or any other Firestone location.
