Store manager was a huge jerk. I had an appointment through the store and worked with two other ladies for several days when my tires had not arrived prior to my appointment. I gave the store a heads up that the tires were delayed so my appointment could be filled with someone else and kept the store involved in when the delivery would be and we rescheduled the appointment accordingly. My appointment was at 9:00. I arrived at 8:45 or so. I had expected to be about an hour hour and a half. I was planning on purchasing a lifetime alignment as well. Tbh that was the reason I chose that store to have the tire rack order delivered to. I’ve had a relationship with that store for 11 years now and with Firestone since the 90’s. When I called at 11:30 to find out about my car, Jim was a jerk to me and told me that I shouldn’t even have given the appointment for the tire install. Then when I mentioned that tire rack has them listed as a preferred partner he was an even bigger jerk and

I have used this Firestone a few times for new tires and alignments over the years. It’s easy to set up appointments online, show up and drop the vehicle off and swing back a couple of hours later to pick it up. Staff is always friendly and will explain what’s going on to you. Definitely recommend for your auto needs.

Jim was honest, professional and friendly. Explained what needed to be done to our vehicle and the cost. Been doing business with Firestone on Cape Coral Pkwy since we moved here from NJ almost 20 years ago and never disappointed.

A trustworthy place to do business. The repair was a noticeable improvement to the vehicles steering. They also were excellent at getting the work done in the timeframe they told me it would be done.

I took a tire to Firestone to replace a leaky valve. I mounted the repaired tire and the next morning it was almost flat. Aired it up at home and brought it back to Firestone. Asked that they fix it properly. Then I got more of what I’ve grown to expect from Firestone: excuses and more excuses. They don’t have enough technicians, suddenly the tire looks dryrotted, they don’t have the equipment to align the front end, and the spare isn’t suitable to mount in the damaged tires place. I can’t believe how uninspired and unwilling to help the staff member was when I came there; “Philip” needs more help because he’s running people away from your business. I will never bring another vehicle to this store. Ever.
