Disappointing experience. Paid for diagnostic to figure out overheating problem. Thermostat was the reason. Was suggesting to flush radiator also. 500+ dollars later and the overheating problem continues. Take it back, they test drive and say it does not over heat. I drove a few miles, parked in driveway and left running , then headed out and over heated again. Take it back, They test drove next day and had no problems. Then they used nearly half a tank of gas idling for many hours. Said it was not over heating while idling. I drove less than 1.5 miles and it over heated. Took it back to to tell them they were wrong again. Not once did they offer to ride in vehicle with me. My feeling was they did not want to get involved or did not have a tech that could fix the problem.

Needed to get my tires rotated. I only go to Firestone went to the store on Cape Coral Parkway and they were too busy to get me in today and they referred me to Del Prado Firestone so I proceeded over to Firestone Del Prado and Matt approached me and said that they were pretty busy and he was the only one in the store and I said well the other Firestone on Cape Coral Parkway usually only takes 10 minutes to do a tire rotation And I wasn’t sure when I’ll be able to get it done. If I didn’t get it done today he said let me look at my appointments and he said give me nine minutes and I’ll get your tires rotated. He got it done in eight minutes and 38 seconds thank you Matt you are a five star Firestone employee. I will be using Del Prado Firestone from now on.

I’ve had nothing but positive experiences at this location. On Christmas Eve, Matthew (advisor) and Byron (tech) went above and beyond to help diagnose a noise coming from my engine bay. They squeezed me in, provided peace of mind, and alleviated the stress of worrying about potential car expenses. Their professionalism and care were outstanding. Highly recommend this shop!

If you need help and don't know what you need, go to Alicia at Firestone. Amazing, patience and takes time to make sure you get what you need. I will be continuing servicing my car with Firestone just because of the experience I had with Alicia.

Please avoid this place at all cost, I took my car here to fix some light that were in the screen, I was told they fix them and the moment I started the car again everything comes up, they basically did nit even look at the car.

Went to Firestone yesterday to have the steering wheel centered and perform an alignment after replacing the steering rack in my Toyota Tundra. When I picked up the truck and drove it down the road the steering wheel was off center by 45 degrees. I went back to their shop and they would not center the steering wheel and told me this occurred because of worn ball joints when in fact they were replaced a couple of years ago by Toyota. They would not center the steering wheel as I originally requested and said it would center itself after driving 3000 plus miles and if not I need to come back and they would fix it. What a load of BS! A good alignment shop would have centered the steering wheel first and then do the alignment eliminating the problem. I will not go back since they don’t respect the customer and perform work to their satisfaction.

We had a 10 am appointment and we were told there is one car ahead of us and our car would be ready in 1 1/2 hrs. Came back 2 hrs later and the car wasn't worked in. They said there is one car ahead of us again and it would be ready in 2 hrs. Came back 2 hrs later car still wasn't moved from where we parked it. We gave up. 4 hours waiting to get an oil change and tire rotation. No text to or call to tell us of any delays. The women at the desk had an attitude towards because we were annoyed about the poor customer service. Too many better garages out there to deal with poor service.

The staff had no idea no idea I had an appointment that I set up in person with the manager the day before. When they finally looked it up and found it in the computer, they had no idea what it was for. Just had brakes done here two weeks ago and brake system light came on. You would think they might consider that a priority. Not sure if they did them wrong in the first place. Had to wait two additional hours. Not coming back.
