We have been going to this location for 10 years now since Rick the manager is longer with us. This store has gone down. My huband dropped off his truck 7:30am told them he needed in back asap! He needed a new starter. My husband called to see what the status of the truck was. They did not take the truck in until 1pm. They ordered the wrong part and never called him. He called, and they said they might be able to get to it
He needs his truck to go to work the next day. This also happened when he dropped it off on a Saturday night for oil change and was picking up on Sunday. Something needs to change!

Dropped my vehicle off for a 3:00 appointment at Firestone Tire on Skyline Cape Coral, requested the vehicle be done that day, as I had an appointment in Tampa the following day. I was told it could happen, at 5:50 that evening I received a call from the tire store saying my vehicle would be done by 10AM the following day. I was promised Who would be ready by 10 o’clock, noon time still not ready vehicle wasn’t done until 1 o’clock which made me late for my appointment in Tampa. It’s a technician. I have spoken to would have told me the truth. I would not have missed my appointment.. I would’ve respected honesty and they would’ve had a return customer now. I will tell everybody I know not to use this dealership.

It is ILEGAL to misrepresent that repairs have been made after payment, make false promises, and lie about the safety of a vehicle under the UDAP Florida law. We paid for a flat tire to be replaced. They filled the tire with air without fixing anything and sent us off. This left us stranded on the side of the road shortly after pickup, we bring it back and it’s promised to be fixed this time and we pay AGAIN. We return days later to pick it up and are told that they cannot fix it, will not give us the money we paid TWICE to get it fixed back, and that our only option is to pay for a brand new tire. This is disgusting and CLEARLY disingenuous preying on customers for profit. And to those reading this wondering YES that tire was EASILY FIXABLE. I will be reporting this business to the Better Business Bureau and hope in the future others do the same. I hope you are ashamed of your business practices.

I take no pleasure in leaving a low rating, but my experience warrants it. Whether at this location or others, the mechanics seem poorly trained, turning simple jobs such as an oil change into multi-visit ordeals. For example, I’ve had to return just to have an oil plug properly tightened after an oil change or to have lug nuts secured after getting new tires.
One thing to keep in mind is that while this shop always seems to have availability when others are booked, that may be a red flag rather than a convenience. You’re likely better off scheduling an appointment elsewhere for a more reliable experience.

They do great work, but when you make an appointment, be prepared to wait well beyond your appointment time, well over an hour

Would have given a 10 if you had more than 1 service writer on a Sunday. the place is always packed and everyone is entitled to a meal break. But there should NEVER just be 1 Writer in a store of this volume!!!!est people

Long wait time of more than two and a half hours to mount and balance 4 tires with a scheduled appointment and an estimated time for completion of 1 hour. The waiting area was full with insufficient seating forcing waiting customer to stand or walk-about.

I have visited this center in the past and it was a lot cleaner and professional looking before. This time I made an appt for a tire repair and it still took forever. The tech was nice guy but I’m pretty sure they scratched my rim somewhere in the process. I will hesitate to go back.

I and my family has used this store for many years and many cars. Missed Rick. Seating is non-existing. I’m 68 and had to sit on a stack of tires by service door. Service took an extremely long time for an oil change and courtesy check. I asked for wipers to be changed this didn’t happen , tires needed air. This didn’t happen. Very unhappy and this would not have happened if Rick was there. He was by missed. You guys can do better. Get more chairs for your customers. They should not have to sit on a stack of tires. Customer service. Even if they are folding chairs. Customers are there for hours at least keep them comfortable. Sad.

Don’t take your car ANY Firestone. I’ve been taking my car there for years and had a horrible experience, Firestone negligence, cost my engine to go and had to buy a new car. I ALWAYS follow my sticker on my window that tells me when I need an oil change. My car did not tell me when my oil change was getting low , I trusted in YOU guys ( Firestone ) to make sure that is correct. Never had a problem until recently. New management SUCKS , they either put the wrong mileage or did not put enough oil in my vehicle. Their response to me was to either pay for a new engine or trade my car in , this is unacceptable customer service. I will no longer bring any of my vehicles to your location. Word of mouth is the best. So for anyone wanting to do business with Firestone STAY AWAY. THE ONLY EMPLOYEE WHO HAS BEEN HELPFUL AND SHOWED ANY EMPATHY FOR MY CONCERNS WAS TYE AND HE IS AMAZING.

Don't waste your time here. I called them 3 different times for 3 different problems that I ended up fixing myself for a fraction of the cost. The last time I came here was after my car started running hotter than usual. All they did take a diagnostic fee and tell me nothing was wrong... NOW, 1 month later I found the coolant leak and fixed it for less than the diagnostic charge. They could've seen the problem by looking around the engine bay.

They are disrespectful to customers, a while ago I made an appointment with this store located on SKYLINE BLVD! Install a new rubber to my car and to do the steering alignment! I paid for a supposedly unlimited car steering alignment service! And they never gave me service again! Since they say that my car is heavy and doesn't fit through their doors! My question is, how if I entered the first time and then the second time and several more! Well, my car didn't fit! And they stole my money! They also kept my car for two days and they didn't even change the tire and I lost two days of work! They are disrespectful

So I had a scheduled appointment to drop my car off to have some maintenance done at 8 am and that the appointment Firestone them self's gave me I to them they could keep it all day but I am going to need it for the next day so 4 pm rolls around and I noticed that it hasn't moved all day so I give them a call and ask what's going on he tell me they can't get to it today so my question is why did they schedule me at 8 in the morning if they was to busy to do the work I could have got it done somewhere else willing to do the work

I have driven over 2 hours in the past to bring my vehicle in to this location for years because the customer service was superb. Rick was the manager and he would go above and beyond along with the staff at the store. He is no longer the manager and Gerrit is now the manager at this location. The service is now atrocious under his management. The last few times I came in there have been issues and have waited a good hour to 1 1/2 hours before service was started on my vehicle. I always have appointments. I will not be returning to this location. Don’t waste your time and find another place to take your vehicle if you value your time.
