Planning on closing my account with this bank. I’ve experienced inconsistency on multiple occasions when provided procedures such as signing checks over to me from another individual, how they expect POA’s, cashing checks with multiple people on one check. This bank is comparable if not worse to a non credit union. You will never get the same answer twice and they don’t care when you express that you’ve been told differently every time you talk to a person. They need to do better training their associates.

No good...my wife has a car loan with them that I make the payments on....absolutely bad to make a payment....so ridiculous it's not even funny anymore. Customer service is horrible

One word RACIST. I came here to cash a check that I worked hard labor for and was put through hell for a hour by the dark long haired manager. She insisted that my check was fraudulent even after she verified it with my manager who wrote the check, she mumbled “I’m still going to look into this check”, even after it was all said and done. Worst experience in a bank ever by far. Will not be returning to this bank very unprofessional I’ll go somewhere where everyone is treated equally.

I walked into MIDFLORIDA for the first time on June 3, 2022 under heavy rains & winds of an approaching tropical depression over Cape Coral. I was welcomed by the smell of fresh popcorn, nostalgic visual of the red wagon popping machine, snack bar, and cheerful greetings from behind the counter. I learned the lady who handed me a bag of pop corn was the manager, Gail Robinson. The enthusiastic energetic personable young man who gave me a high five was Grant. The lady who patiently persevered thru a computer glitch to make my deposit was Maria. There was another young man at the drive thru window warmly greeting & helping persons in their vehicles.I was profoundly impressed to witness these individuals working together as a whole to ensure I, & all their customers, would have the best, most positive experience in their office.It was truly A breath of fresh air. Appreciated.Kudos to this manager & this unique team representing MIDFLORIDA in every good way.

The absolute worse place to go for a concert. We bought lawn tickets for the Tim McGraw concert just because we didn’t want to be crowded by a whole bunch of people. Well they don’t give a care about the people outside the stadium. We literally couldn’t hear the words from any of the people preforming. All static. Worst concert experience ever. They should give everyone their money back that bought lawn tickets.

Do not open an account at this Bank. I called to set up atomatic payments on all my accounts, they took my Routing number and bank account ifo. when it came time to automatically withdraw a payment. They didn't. It shows on my credit report as late payment. The Bank made an error and i'm paying for it with a derogatory mark on my credit. I callled them to dispute the mistake they made and they said they could not fix it. If it happened to me, it could happen to you.

This credit union is awful. Since moving to Florida, we've used Suncoast and were planning to use it again, but when my daughter bought her new car we let the dealership talk us into using Midflorida credit union. BIG MISTAKE! She called and set up her car insurance before ever leaving the dealership and we made sure the insurance agent sent the declarations page to Midflorida. She has now been fighting for MONTHS to get Midflorida to remove their insurance (since they apparently don't believe she has her own) that they are charging her $6,000.00 for. She can no longer make a car payment because she refuses to pay the added fees they are charging her. She repeatedly calls to get this taken care of and the person always says they will look into it and call her back but she never gets a call back. She has uploaded the documents into her online account, they have been sent by mail to the address they gave us (because shockingly this bank also does NOT HAVE A FAX in this day and age), she has emailed them to different associates at the bank...we went to the bank in person and were told this agent would definitely find out how to correct this and call Jade back within the week--it's been a month and she has never heard back from her and of course that woman is never available when Jade calls the bank so she has to tell someone else what is going on and they also never return the call. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS BANK! THEY HAVE NO IDEA WHAT THEY ARE DOING AND CANNOT COMMUNICATE WITH EACH OTHER OR THEIR CUSTOMERS!!! ????

I sent in a payoff on a vehicle. They sent it back because of a mistake in the paperwork. Problem came in when they sent it back. It went to the wrong adress. My adress was 1165 they sent it to 11656. The checks never came back. Only way to get cashier check canceled was to pay 2% fee of $15k = $300. We asked them to take responsibility for it and they refused. They didn't want to take responsibility for there actions. So here is a negative review.

I sent in a payoff check and after they received it there was an error on the paperwork. When they mailed it back they sent it to the wrong address and it was lost in the mail. To get a new check I had to pay 127 dollars and asked if either the full or half the amount could be refunded. They declined both.

I have used this branch as a shared branch with my credit union in NY. Before this branch opened in Cape Coral I had to drive all the way to Arcadia. Everyone was so friendly and professional, they were patient and explained what I needed to do for my transaction.

Recently, I had to do a wire transfer, of funds, to Germany. When I entered the office,on Cape Coral Parkway, everyone greeted me with a cordial smile. The representative, closest to me, ask how she could help me. After explaining, my situation, she set things in motion. Everything was handled professionally. When I exited the office, I felt that my financial needs, were very secure.
