Just opened an account 2 months ago. This morning had to leave a card full of groceries at Walmart because my card was magically locked. Currently on hold with them waiting for a rep to answer my call. Emailed wecare email after looking through these reviews and requested about 10 call back requests. Still nothing.

I have been patiently waiting for a call back since September 5. I called to get a status on my inquiry on 9/12 and was told I’d get a call back but nothing. Called the main customer service phone line today to handle the inquiry through them. I was advised the branch manager would call me within a few hours but nothing. Based on their actions they refuse to call back and it’s very frustrating. The branch’s customer service is below adequate and in need of proper training.

Update: It’s Monday and my issues are still not resolved. We spent time in person again on Saturday to get the run around and the rep still hasn’t submitted the information the loan officer needs.
Original: It pains me to leave this review, however it needs to be said. Wednesday at 10:30am we go in and wait to speak with a representative and were told that we would get a call later that afternoon or the next day on an update to part of the reason for our visit. No call, email or text until noon the next day when my husband decided to call the main line to get the update himself. We were met with an excuse from the rep we spoke to about how they received a surprise audit and that was the reason for the delay. Mind you, the audit was Thursday and our request was never even submitted on Wednesday like the rep said they would have handled. Now it’s Friday at 9:39am my husband calls the main line again and they give us the update we need, that’s been sitting there since yesterday afternoon, but with no details due to the recent issue with Microsoft, further delaying our need to move forward with the lack of communication. I’m frustrated beyond belief and apologize if this review may not make sense but that’s how livid I am. It’s a joke that the rep hasn’t even reached out themselves without any kind of apology for their blunder 2 days in a row and now going on 3. I doubt I’ll get reached out to at this point. If I didn’t already have business with MIDFLORIDA I would 100% close my accounts and walk away since they really don’t seem to give a single care to customer service.

Tried to FIND local phone numbers to local branches...only toll free numbers and must go through an automated sytem just to get a phone number....WHAT A WASTE OFTIME !!!!

Planning on closing my account with this bank. I’ve experienced inconsistency on multiple occasions when provided procedures such as signing checks over to me from another individual, how they expect POA’s, cashing checks with multiple people on one check. This bank is comparable if not worse to a non credit union. You will never get the same answer twice and they don’t care when you express that you’ve been told differently every time you talk to a person. They need to do better training their associates.

No good...my wife has a car loan with them that I make the payments on....absolutely bad to make a payment....so ridiculous it's not even funny anymore. Customer service is horrible
