Really enjoy going to Five Below! It's always fun and there are lots of good deals. But don't assume every item is well price! Some things are a bit higher than other stores. But, if you attention to price, you can do great!!

Wish I could give zero stars everything was good and quiet my family and I grabbed well over $100 worth of posters and other stuff and when we went to the Register the old lady that was working walked up and just started scanning all our stuff didn’t say anything to us just treated us like we where stealing UNBELIEVABLY RUDE not to mention she had open sores on her hand absolutely disgusting and will not be returning to this location

Five below carries many unique items you don't find in major department stores. The store is geared towards high school students using their allowance or on a minimum income. Also for college students on a tight budget. Clothing, household items, electronics and accessories, also products for your furry friends. The service is amazing and the environment is fun and clean, well organized and well stocked

Everything went pretty smoothly. Great prices, even in the Beyond section. Friendly staff and just a great vibe. However, you want to get rid of the registers to have self-checkout, just to have staff breathe over you, choose options for you, and possibly make sure nothing gets stolen. My advice would be to bring back regular registers if you are that concerned about thieves. They marked down the 9 stars if I was satisfied, so regardless of their performance, they assume my experience was great. The lady rushed the transaction and had to start over when I told her cash. She also chose the receipt option instead of email and didn’t give me time to correct her. Honestly, an annoying experience for a casual shopper.

Pretty good! Some of the items were stolen(open) but overall it's good. It smells fresh and clean, and they manage to keep it tidy.

Dawn was WONDERFUL!!!!! She was very friendly and she blew up my 30 balloons on the spot without a problem! She was very polite and energetic and made my experience Great!!!!!

This is the WORST experience I have ever had at a Five Below. It definitely seemed like a race issue. The older woman with the short buzz cut who I believe is the manager was absolutely rude to my 15 year old daughter. If I could give a zero I would. They pick and choose who they want to ring up. I am so upset. I will NEVER shop at Five Below in this area again. WOW.
