Hours: Five Below is an amazing location with many cute things. Customers find it very nice and clean, more organized than other locations. The employees are always very nice, pleasant, and helpful, often described as kind, sweet, and personable. They welcome everyone and provide great service. Items are definitely on the cheaper side, with lots of good deals for under $10. While some items are horrible quality, customers also find good quality products like very cute posters and adorable, soft pillows. A common issue is items not labeled with a price or displayed with the wrong price. However, the store listens to feedback, as seen when a display was reorganized and clearly marked after a customer comment. Shoppers are very happy with this store, call it their favorite location, and definitely plan on coming back. They are grateful for the organization, cleanliness, and amazing experience.
