I immediately felt comfortable he was very knowledgeable very friendly and had a lot of patience because I wasn't quite sure what I wanted. He made us feel like family . Went in for my usual scheduled oil change and tire rotation on aug.20 2023. Left dealership heading to an appointment when the check engine light came on then the car screen told me to return to the dealership. Dealership informed me to return the next day so they could diagnose my issue. It turned out that the technician had improperly installed my oil filter allowing the oil to bypass the filter which caused the low oil pressure. Then i decided to check the engine oil and discovered that was just a bit on very bottom of the dipstick,so I had to add 2 quarts of oil in less than a hundred miles. Looking at my receipt they did charge me for 7 quarts of oil but must have only put in the standard 5quarts.Have many calls, voicemails,emails and text messages to discuss this oil shortage....as of today....NO RESPONSE!!!! What a fraudulent company....Dave h.

This was the easiest buying process I’ve ever went through. Went in and 2.5 hours later I’m shaking hands with PJ the salesman. I went in prepared, waiting for all the questions sales people try to get you with what am I surprise that never came from him. He answered all my questions I had, and made it very easy process.

Terrible customer service. Very dismissive and blame everything on bad gas. They do not at all stand by their product and do everything they can to avoid fixing anything and honoring the warranty. Our new Kia has been in the shop 4 times since 2021. We've been stranded twice. They had the car for 3 weeks once and only paid for 2 weeks rental. Avoid the place and go anywhere else.

Kia of Cape Coral is complete trash. I've had my car for 2 years. The battery is dead, they won't cover it because it's 5DAYS out of warranty. Which I couldn't do anything about because I broke my ankle the day before my car died. Thought nothing of it I figured someone left a light on in the panic of trying to move my car before I went the hospital. Then it died 2 times on the way to the surgery, within the next couple of days it was brought into the service center. Dealership said it's corporate who will not let them honor the warranty, after speaking with corporate they said they'll call the dealership. Dealership it will be their choice to honor the warranty. Kia has yet to return their call. My brand new 2021 kia seltos has been in the shop multiple times. The cars a lemon the service is a joke. I swear this lease cannot be up any sooner. New owners same bullsh**

The service was amazing all thanks to Christian!! This wonderful guy helped me get my dream car while I had the time during leave for the military. His willingness to help my family and I was more than appreciated. He approached my family and I, along with our goals, with such respect, kindness, and determination. By the end of the day he helped me drive off with my beautiful car. Thank you Kia and Christian!! Unforgettable experience.

We bought a Telluride from Kia of Cape Coral this past weekend from Jack Marshall. I would highly recommend this dealership for purchasing your next vehicle. We drove from Jacksonville, FL down to Cape Coral because Jack was such a pleasure to work with. They are fair and honest with their customers, which is not something I was able to find with the dealers in our area. Thank you Jack and the dealership for our new vehicle, we love it.

First off let me just say the whole Kia policy procedure on customer service at national level needs revamping for more expedient service- I'm a 73 y/o 100% service connected disabled veteran with 3 heart attacks under my belt the last being July 2022- I was passed around three times today just simply trying to find out if my battery was under warranty which it is after almost an hour in hot Florida sun & no air repeating vin numbers each of the 3 times times- Customer service said take it it to closest Kia dealership if too far from purchase dealer- I asked if I'm going to get a runaround when I get there "no sir you're under warranty for the battery" After the run around at.National Kia level I go to Cape Coral Kia dealership- I get there at the back entrance to service bay's & I ask guy there walking by if they're still open- He said yes & I said I need my battery changed that's under warranty & he ask who told you that & I said Kia customer service- He says yes & just pull your car around to left & enter service bay- I do that as instructed & told to enter service office which I do & 6-7 people standing around doing absolutely nothing- I go up to bug eyed short in stature steroid (bug eyes) muscle tattoo guy & after a minute or two I was thinking they were going to put a battery in then- He then informs me you have to leave the car for service next day Saturday- Well no one told me that earlier at national customer service or that warranty work has to be by appointment or walk-ins leave for service- I had made no arrangements to leave my car there or arrange a ride & on top of it I'm in the middle of a housing move & need my car for that reason alone None of this is bug eyes fault since dealerships need to make money on warranty service by time- His first question was who told you your battery is under warranty- TIP for fellow veterans car service warranties- Always check first before you go to any dealership but especially this CC KIA- Some will try to sell you parts that may be under warranty- That's why both guys asked me that same question at CC KIA-What bug eyes reply is why he would be fired on the spot if he worked for me or any reputable operation- When I said I can't leave my car & didn't bother to explain even why cause it was useless his reply was "not my fault you walked in at 5:30 on a Friday" & I replied "if I could have arranged a more convenient time for my battery to go out on me I would have" I then said there are 6-7 of you standing around doing nothing & AGAIN tatted up bug eyes shorty makes the same snide remark & I reply with the same "I wish I could control when my battery goes on me" - As I'm walking out he yells out "have a nice day"- I reply "you have a nice weekend" - I never mention my Florida 100% disabled veteran tags or status or my heart attack history, etc- Last run in I had at this same dealership about 3 years ago I had a near flat tire & pulled in there with it since I was nearby- I had roadside assistance coverage so I figured they are not going to charge me for just checking the tire- A HUGE mistake they charged me $26 to tell me I needed a new tire & for that they charged me which some Kia people said they should never have done that- Again I rolled away- The management/owner is the same guy HUGE had for years- I'll bet you he keeps bug eyes on the payroll?? You know now why they have under a a 2 rating In the end if you're a veteran of service to this country disabled or not I would not give Cape Coral Kia the honor to serve you if this is their motus operandi- There are better Kia dealerships around with better service departments- Heed the warning brothers & sisters As for shorty bug eyes we'll see what management does about him- Stay tuned for updates? ??

Made an appointment to replace a 6 year old battery. We arrived and found out the battery needed was not available? ( no phone calls prior to arriving ) may be in next week ? But they had a battery which was more expensive available. So we are waiting for a call to drive back when battery arrives? We wasted 2 hours we may get a few dollars off of the new battery when we go back. (20 we were told). THANKS

The dealership was just sold but all of the old Employee's still work there ????They still has the Vulture's nest out front, so when you arrive they can scoop down on you.Nothing has changed here, we see under average credit people taken advantage of at this place. Go Elsewhere, you can buy online cheaper without being scammed on your trade or extra's on your contract

I’m not one to leave reviews but I just had to, because the service I received from Brandon Jordan was unparalleled compared to other dealers in the area. I will admit I was a bit nervous going in but he made me feel comfortable even got me a drink out of the vending machine. This gentleman was providing a Ritz Carlton experience at a Kia which is why it felt right doing business with him. I advise you if you want to deal with a reputable salesman look no further than Brandon Jordan. Thank you so much for everything.

Went to Kia to purchase my car and the salesman Chris Fabelo was amazing. He helped me find my dream. He knew so much about all the cars and explained how everything works and showed me all the cool features the cars have. I would definitely recommend asking for him if you are looking for your dream car.
