I was lucky to catch a sale on clearance items that were buy 1 get 2 free! So I grabbed some things for my son's birthday that he is going to love! Xbox controller, vbucks, Xbox collectibles, new headset, and a couple shirts!

I wish I could leave less than one star. Place is trash and liars and is 100% why game stop will be out of business in less than 5 years. They called me on Monday to confirm that on Thursday at 9pm for the madden release. Showed up and Place is locked up nobody there no note no nothing. My son and I have had this tradition of picking up madden for 4 years. Thanks for ruining that for us. How about a phone call so we don't waste our whole evening. This place is supposed to take returns for happy returns. I went out of my way to bring a return here when I arrive there was a note on the door saying they would be back in 30 minutes. They must have just left when I showed up. Who does this with a business these days? There was a line of us out the door with returns.

My favorite gamestop in this area. Im a hardcore gamer, they have hooked me up w free stuff b4 and they are usually far less busy than other gamestops. As always knowledgeable awesome staff?!

Visited this location the other day to obtain a PS5 with God of War, and just as I was about to swipe my debit card for over $600, Dylan and Alberto informed me of the pro member benefits + trade-in specials. I immediately renewed my pro membership, and then ran home to grab a bunch of gaming related stuff that I had that was still essentially brand new, just not being used. After returning to the store shortly after that, all was said and done and I got what I went for, and ended up leaving the store with them owing me money! Thank you guys for your exceptional customer service, it definitely didn't go unnoticed that day!

I spend all my gaming and collectable income at Gamestop. I pre ordered Pokemon Violet a few weeks ago. I cancelled my first preorder on 11/08/2022 because I wanted to order the double pack Pokemon Scarlet and Violet. I was at a midnight sale and asked if I could come back in the next day and pre order the double pack. I was told yes. The next day 11/9 I came in to the store and pre ordered the double pack, I was told that there was no pre order collectables for the regular copies and only with the double pack. So I preordered the double pack they also told me I would receive PINS for the game and DLC codes. Today I was contacted by the same guy who made all the promises (while his manager was standing right beside him the night before). He told me I could no longer have my pre order and he didnt know he couldnt do it and made a mistake. He offered me nothing to make it right and told me sorry im out of luck. Problem #1 your system allowed him to input a preorder he supposedly should not have been able to do. Problem #2 You train your managers to never give anything for THEIR mistakes. Problem #3 Just because your selling entertainment and games your people operate like their hands are tied when they make mistakes that affect their customers. Problem #4 The manager told me I should be good to do my preorder all the way in to next week. The games release date is 11/18/22. I want the physical copy of the Pokemon Scarlet and Violet game on release day as I was promised and I have proof that it was promised to me with the receipt I received. Its sad to me that this company can take my money for years and when they mess up royally there is no compensation. If my problem is not address I will discontinue my business with GameStop and do business with a company that stands by their word and who holds themselves accountable for their mistakes.

Place sucks. They'll make mistakes on your orders and make false promises without doing anything to fix the situation. Managers wont help either. Im not allowed to say the R word so im just gonna say these ppl are challenged mentally. They all look like they dropped out of community college which is what I like to call the "13th grade." Game stop is the chum bucket of gamestores. Better off going to target or walmart to buy games.
