Easy dropoff. I could tell the staff was trying to figure out who was going to bring what we brought, home. LOL

If you’re planning on visiting this location just be prepared- everything’s extremely overpriced. How are you going to charge $10 for a bucket of small farm animals that most likely has missing pieces and can be bought in store/Amazon for the same price or a few dollars more…? When we got to the register we asked the lady if they would take $5 or even $7 and she said sorry no and that if she asks the manager the price will be even more. She even admitted she feels bad because there’s several things overpriced and they refuse to take less. It’s absolutely disgusting considering everything is effing DONATED. Also, the manager is really rude and lacks basic customer service skills. She shouldn’t be allowed to work with the public at all. Do yourself a favor and avoid this location and don’t donate anything to them. Go somewhere where you’re appreciated and valued.

The person that works out side, well he’s supposed to be outside, but he doesn’t come out to help but, when he does, he’s a grouch never smiles he never says hi , He’s always angry and he looks like he’s mad at the world. He should stay home. Nothing against the old but, he should be nice. We are donating things, not taking anything away from him.

I love going to goodwill but will not visit this store again. The staff is rude and not very helpful at all. I bought a mini fridge and well at home realized it doesn’t work. Tried to bring it back explained that i just bought it 2 days ago and well i can only exchange it, i didn't have time that day so i asked if i can have a store credit. No we don't do that. I asked for the manager because according to the website they do give store credit. Manager came out she was rude as well and nope i can exchange it or take it back again. Because they don’t do store credit…

Money is scarce at the moment, so I was excited to visit Goodwill in hopes of finding some things I need. However, everything here seemed pretty expensive for what it was. My mom, who agreed, wouldn't even buy anything, and when I went to checkout, even the cashier was surprised at how much my items were. I decided to finish my shopping at the other thrift stores up the road.

Some people seem to be complaining about the higher prices. I can't say really because I am visiting from abroad. I think that prices are on the pricey side but still better than if you were to a regular store, obviously. Something I found weird is that they have new stuff for the same price as in regular stores.

It was a Goodwill. It's not the biggest. Looks like they have quite a few discounts available. I talked to multiple workers and they were all quite personable.

For a thrift store a lot of products were new/still sealed. Bright and well spaced one of the best thrift stores in the area

Goodwill seems to be getting a bit pricey. I came to find some pots and pans. I saw they charged 20.00 for a small pot that was clearly used had s ratches all over it. I went to TJ Maxx after leaving to find a small non stick pot for only 16.99. you guys should be ashamed of yourself.

Manager was placing donation toys on shelf and taking things for herself in a separate cart ? I asked her where the item in the cart was she was supposed to be placing on the shelf and she said it was on hold for someone ( it was a mermaid doll in a box) .. Complete liar and very rude she knew I noticed what she did And when I confronted her she didn’t care... NASTY I saw her leave the store with a bag full of toys a few minutes later ...Presumably after her shift. NEVER DONATE here I witnessed this with my own eyes and felt compelled to write this ... you can’t be helping yourself to the donations out of the hands of the people shopping there ... YOU ARE SUPPOSED TO BE Working ? I hope someone in The hierarchy sees this and this woman will be fired If you have too many people like this you will lose your credibility!
