Goodwill Retail & Donation Center is a nonprofit store that not only sells affordable goods but also supports various community programs, including employment services for people with disabilities, affordable housing, and small business training. Many customers enjoy shopping there, noting the good prices on a variety of items such as clothing, bedding, and household goods. However, some shoppers feel that prices have increased and are sometimes higher than those at other stores, suggesting that lower prices could attract more customers. The store is praised for its neat and organized appearance, as well as the exceptional customer service provided by staff members. Customers specifically appreciate the warm and friendly interactions with employees, such as Cory, whose positive attitude can brighten anyone’s day. Anthony, the store manager, is often commended for his dedication to customer satisfaction, always going the extra mile to help shoppers find what they need. While most staff members are noted for their helpfulness, there are suggestions for some to improve their customer service skills to match the standards set by their peers. Overall, Goodwill Retail & Donation Center is highly recommended for those seeking quality items at reasonable prices, all while contributing to meaningful community programs.
Always enjoyed shopping at Goodwill but they're just getting too expensive I can get brand new at Kohl's on sale with coupon for the same price

I called today to see if they had anything was something specific I was looking for, and when answering the phone Cory, one of their workers, one of the first things she said was “it’s a Great Day” and that made my day. It shows and the small things like that that can help someone’s day. Give her a a raise!!!
