Dalgi cut my hair today for the first time in a long time. I went from a very long length to right below my collar bone. I explained to her exactly what I wanted and she gave me exactly that!!!! She also cut my husbands hair and it was the cleanest that I have seen it from this location. We will be coming back and asking for her every time! Thank you!

Betty is amazing! I only ask for her when I come to get a haircut. She listens to what I want and also gives great suggestions if I ask. 100% recommend her!

Betty was 10/10!!!! She listened to exactly what I wanted without trying to talk me into anything else, then executed perfectly. I’m not typically one for small talk but we chatted like we had known one another for years and I can’t wait to go back and see her.

Absolutely awful experience 5-18-25 at 3:15 pm. My one daughters hair was trimmed nice and all around even. the others is awful and Uneven and they were kids but insisted as charging them as adults. Also I only wanted a trim for them and the pricing makes no sense. Customer service is awful, service is awful and overall a bad experience.

I have been using this location for over 10 years and I have had a clean professional cut everytime. Staff is friendly, and consistantly on point. Guys don't skip the hairwash, you are only cheating yourself.

I've been here a couple of times before and was very happy with the haircut. However, I went in yesterday and walked out with the worst haircut I've ever had. I got home and had to fix the sideburns myself and left my hair long and uneven. To top it off, they raised the price up to $20.00 .
I already contacted customer service and they said they would let the owner of the franchise know. I'm still waiting. In the meantime, I'm going to have to pay someone else to fix this mess since no one has contacted me.
I doubt I Will use great clips again.

I like the app you can download it on your phone. This will check you in so that when you get there you should not have to wait very long. I rarely have to wait and everyone is great in there as well very convenient.
