I went in for a haircut and the stylist did a great job!

The assistant manager, provided my service. From the moment I arrived, her demeanor noticeably changed upon seeing me, despite the fact that we had never met before. Throughout the appointment, I felt as though my presence was an inconvenience.
I clearly explained what I wanted: for my hair to be even on both sides and for my bangs to be cut to just below my eyebrows, as they had grown to my nose. I agreed to leave one side piece longer based on her recommendation to allow it to grow out. However, after the cut was completed, my hair was left uneven on both sides, with noticeably inconsistent lengths throughout my bangs, including long pieces mixed in unevenly.
The final result did not reflect what I had requested. When shown the haircut, it appeared to be fine from the way my hair was positioned. Upon later inspection, the uneven lengths were obvious. Given the extent of the issues, I was very upset and couldn’t understand how this level of a mistake could be made.
I contacted the location to explain my concerns and spoke directly with her. She offered to correct the haircut, but I did not feel comfortable allowing her to work on my hair again. I requested to speak with the her manager and was informed that the manager would not be available until Sunday.
As a result, I visited a different Great Clips location. The staff there were visibly surprised by the condition of my haircut and disappointed that it came from an affiliated location. I fully expected to pay for a correction, but they generously fixed the issues at no additional charge. Thanks to their professionalism, I am now very happy with my hair.
I am sharing this experience so it can be addressed appropriately. Based on my experience, I would advise others to consider a different stylist or location.

Lindy did an awesome job on my hair. Honestly its the best haircut I've ever had. I wanted a lot of layers and she nailed it. I get compliments constantly on how good my hair looks.

The lady who was working Saturday around 520 with a purple/pink streak she was amazing. She was able to fix my boyfriend's botched haircut from another place. She was really good. I can't remember her name but she was super nice and talented
