We had the absolute best experience at Hiddenbed in Cape Coral. We had been looking for some sort of bed solution for our home office and were in a time crunch as we had company coming. The entire team was so helpful in getting us what we needed. I messaged the business and got a response almost instantly, we figured out a couch bed (but really so much more than a traditional couch bed) that would work perfectly for our space and they arranged to have it delivered within our time frame. The delivery crew was amazing and set it up quickly and showed me how to use it. I was so impressed with every aspect of our experience at Hiddenbed in Cape Coral and would highly recommended this company! Very grateful and extremely happy customer.

Several months ago I made the decision to convert one of my bedrooms to a hybrid office/bedroom. The best option for doing that was a "murphy bed". After researching more than a dozen offerings, I decided on Hiddenbed USA (which coincidentally was less than two miles away from my home). What I loved about their solution was that it was 100% real wood (no particleboard or flakeboard), locally made, and an attractive, first class product. All of the other solutions were not 100% real wood, and many of them were made overseas (I prefer when given the choice to buy locally made).Although it was a wait to get my Hiddenbed custom made for my home, it was absolutely worth it. Diane was great to deal with, and when I mentioned that I needed it installed by mid-December, they did everything possible to get my Hiddenbed manufactured and installed by my deadline.I love the finished product and the installation crew was top notch. I can't say enough great things about the company, their people, and their products. Definitely the best solution available.

Seamless ordering and installation. God to work with. Quite a while (3 months) between ordering and install (they build the beds themselves) but we were told that at the beginning and it worked fine for us. Love the end productServices: Delivery

Hidden Ben is a hidden gem in Cape Coral. My hidden bed is a great addition to my guest bedroom. I am able to utilize the room for other things instead of just a bedroom, and have the flexibility of having a bedroom when guest come in town.Services: Delivery

Our experience with Diane with her explaining the Cabinet Bed functionality made the decision to purchase a no brainer. Beware! I was all set to purchase a murphy wall desk bed combo from Hiddenbed USA but ran into a situation where the listed measurements on their website description did not match up with the PDF picutre drawing measurements in the item description. When you are dealing with an item that is usually purchased due to space constraints, its important to get this information correct so customers are not stuck with a purchase they cannot use!

We wanted to send a review & tell you how pleased we are with our Hiddenbed experience! The Cape Coral, FL store is small but they certainly respect quality customer service. We were happy with the attention to detail when ordering our Hiddenbed, and very satisfied with the delivery, especially the pleasant & talented people who showed up on time to deliver and set up our purchase. As we recover from losing our home to Hurricane Ian, it's a nice change to have professionals who value prompt, courteous service. Highly recommend!

I absolutely LOVE our cabinet bed that we purchased from the Hiddenbed store in Cape Coral on Del Prado Blvd!!! Diane (owner) was friendly and showed us the benefits of the different beds in her store. We finally chose the cabinet bed and it has changed our second bedroom into a workout space, office area and a guest room when needed!Delivery was quick and simple.Definitely made the right choice.

Love my bed. I was able to use an extra bedroom for a multi purpose room. I could fit the exercise equipment and the bed. When the bed is up, I have the center of the room open for a folding table to use for anything I want.

The hardware and communications has been okay. The drawings do not match when they send them to you. The assembly instructions are for a previous model I guess as the wood screws needed do not seem to be correct according to the assembly instructions. The pages do not match either. The pdf for the unit I sent again they do not match. Trying to figure out what screws go to what piece are not clear. As the screw assignment speaks of 20 pages but only 17 are in the pdf. And the page numbers to not match as the screw assignment says pages 1 thru 20 but the pdf has pages 1a-7a and another page with an a in it. So trying to figure out how to put it together as lumber is expensive and a screwup will cost a sheet of plywood one must be careful. I've pointed out the differences but, no clear response has been given yet. We're going on a couple months trying to get this worked out. I do say that all the hardware has been provided and is top quality. Just assembling everything in METRIC has been a challenge.

I only have the nicest things to say about Hiddenbed Cape Coral, with both the product and the service. I was nervous to purchase a Murphy bed online because quality is important to me, and all I could find were fake wood systems. I visited Hiddenbed in person, and found they had a wide variety of styles in hardwood. They have additional styles not immediately visible in the showroom. I wanted a very plain, white, modern version, and although they had no examples in the store they did have photos of past work that fit my interest. I was warned that because I was not getting any molding due to the simplicity of my design, that a seam would be visible down the center of the unit (two panels must be used due to the size of queen beds, which would result in a seam). However, the craftsmanship was so great that this seam is all but invisible. I thought this was an excellent sign of both work quality and also communication. The lift mechanism is so strong that it is easy for one person to lift the bed. The installation team was prompt and courteous, and helped me move my mattress out of the way before install of the unit. Installation cost was included with the bed purchase, for a lesser cost than many low-quality online models. There were COVID supply-related delays, which of course is not the company’s fault, and they did a great job keeping us informed about this issue. I would be highly confident purchasing from them either in-person or online. Thank you for the lovely experience!

I bought a white cube bed in March of 2019. It has been used exactly one time and was slept on by guests for a five night stay right after we bought it. I noticed a couple of weeks ago there is a big crack right down the front that wasn't there the week before. I sit right next to it all day as it's in my home office. The response was that only the hinges are warranted and that kids had to have been jumping on it or something as wood doesn't just split (there has never been a child in this house let alone on the bed). I think most of us would agree that wood can just split. There was talk of sending someone out to try and fill it or glue it but no way any paint will match right on the face. For the $200.00 it would have cost them to make a customer happy by replacing the face, they could have avoided a lot of bad press. BTY, I work in the furniture business and would never allow something like this to happen to a customer.
