Excellent Facility in one of the nicest areas of Cape Coral. Mary Ray (Move-in Coordinator) was a pleasure to work with! You won't be disappointed.

Moving a parent from their home to a new place is not an easy thing to do. After spending just a few minutes at Highpoint I knew that this would be a good place for my dad. I did look at a couple other places but meeting with Tami put my mind at ease with this decision. As we toured the facility she knew the residents by name and was so sweet to them. I loved that. The facility is so attractive, the staff is incredibly wonderful from dining staff to nursing staff to support personnel. Staff checks on him throughout the day which I really appreciate.I felt a bit like the parent dropping off a kindergartner the first day of school but when his hesitations were put quickly to rest I knew we were all good! Everyone made him feel welcome immediately. Among many things he realized that he could be as social as he wanted to be and the staff encourages him to participate and yet respects his decisions if he declines.I see my dad as a happy guy living at Highpoint and I am so happy for him. Thank you to all the people who work there as we appreciate all you do for my father and all of the other moms and dads who live there too.As it has turned out, it’s not a good place for him, but a great one.

I was unable to personally tour Highpoint; however Tami showed the three different units to my daughter, Michelle and her husband while I was on a duo call. We were all impressed with the tour and I look forward to moving to a Hibiscus in October or November when one becomes available. Thanks for your followups.

My mother moved in here a few months ago, being not able to walk much without assistance of a walker and having deteriorating vision she felt it would be safer here than alone in her house. She seems to like it very much. She was feeling lonely in her house a lot and talking with new people and making new friends is what she really needed. The daily activities are great and it's good to see her active and doing things she wouldn't normally do cooped up in a house by herself. She enjoys the water aerobics class and so far is having a great time with everybody. Staff and residents are friendly and helpful. She tells me the food is good and happy hour is fun. It's great to see her enjoying life again.

Your place is HORRIBLE !!! Sorry we ever chose this place for our dad! Your community can't even handle memory care residents correctly ! The director Cathy, is a very snotty and vindictive person as well as a liar and she should be fired not only for lying to us and hospital staff about our dad , but for the way she spoke to me and my brother . How about teaching your staff how to care for people with Alzheimer's instead of trying to shove medications down their throats so the staff doesn't have to deal with them. Falsely sending residents to the hospital for evaluations that they do not need just to prove a point ! It's sad that you place your loved one in a place that assures you that this will be a great place to live and turns out they just want your money .If you're smart , don't place your loved one here in memory care ! The treatment there is awful and they should be ashamed to call themselves certified or licensed in elderly anything ! It's all about the money with these places , they could care less about your loved one !

I had moved my father over to Highpoint from another facility due to several reasons. My father was in the other place for 1.5 years and recently had not been engaging in anything or wanting to do nothing but sit in his room all day . He seemed depressed and dissatisfied with where he was living as well as I was . I researched several places to move him , but none of them seemed to be a good fit. I finally took a tour of Highpoint, where I was met by Tamara Miller. She had been very understanding as to why I wanted to move my father to another place. The place had a beautiful layout and everyone there seemed to be very caring of the residents , which made me feel like I could entrust my dad's care in them . Tamara listened to everything I had to say and and addressed all of my concerns. I cried while in the office with her and she cried with me and that right there told me that she was a caring person and I could see my dad being here . We went back to the memory care unit and we met some of the staff that would potentially be caring for my father . Everyone greeted us, they girls were very upbeat and answered all of my questions and we took a bit to watch some of the staff interact with the residents there . I was impressed with the way the interaction was , I was also happy that all of the staff is certified (which is important to me , being he has Alzheimer's) . We looked into some of the rooms to see how they were set up and I thought it felt like a "home" for my dad , not just a facility . I made the decision within an hour to move him over there and he has been there for 6 days and I already see him smiling and laughing again, which makes me feel like I made a great decision. He told me he loves it there and that the staff is really great to him and he's doing activities, which he wasn't doing before he came here. He is making friends and having a good time I have to give a big thank you to the staff here because I wanted my dad to be happy again and they have made that possible. Tamara Miller was wonderful and I thank her for taking the time out to listen to me and even checking up on me to see how I was doing , which says a lot about how caring she is. I am glad they have an extremely attentive and caring staff here at Highpoint ! I know my dad is going to be ok now .

I worked for Keystone which later became High Point as a group exercise instructor great staff and great residence until they became High Point I was teaching water aerobics for the residents there up until December of last year but had to stop teaching because I was not getting paid according to the residents there were issues with other staff getting paid including their line dancing instructor and there was a huge turnover at the facility perhaps also due to the similar issue that I am encountering I have been in contact with them for the last three months trying to get backpay which is over $800 and it also to get my W-2 forms at one point they were trying to get me to go back and teach and I said I would except I wanted to first to get all caught up on the past months that they had not paid meThey say that they have cut checks and that the check is being processed but nothing comes- they've even asked me to sign up for online payments, which I did promptly but still no funds have come through I would probably think twice before I recommended this location because I think this reflects the current leadership and probably also overflows into the service they are giving their residents

Having worked in Senior Care for some time we have seen a number of Senior Care Facilities. What struck me about Highpoint was their staff (Nate Jackson) and their residents (who are engaged and happy).

I moved in my uncle and could not be more happy. This was an extremely difficult decision but Tami Miller helped me every step of the way to make this a seamless transition for myself and my uncle. I highly recommend Keystone Place at Four Mile Cove for you or your loved one.

Keystone Place and its amazing staff of caregivers was a godsend for my parents. Everyone is extremely attentive, patient, thoughtful and really respectful. The place is beyond beautiful and clean. There are so many activities offered to ensure everyone finds something they like. On top of all of this the chef is so talented skilled and always presents different yummy choices at each meal time. Thank you, Keystone, for such great care for my mom. The love you gave to her, after my loving father passed, was so kind. I am very grateful!!!

Already reserved an independent living condo in this all inclusive facility for mom and will be moving her within next two wks after we furnish with brand new furniture from sale of her house. She will begin a new chapter of her life in a beautiful new home with all conveniences included.
