This used to be my preferred store, however they have increased the use of self-checkout and eliminated most of the actual cashiers. I've replaced my debit card twice because their card readers at the self-checkout don't work, and the employees continue to blame it on my card - What few employees are there at the front to begin with. What's worse is certain employees are determined to be as difficult as possible, like Ana in the Lumber dept who refused to let me use my military discount.

This homedepot has good service, it is clean, the parking lot is a little small, but in general it is a good store to come and buy at better prices than the competition.

If I could give this store a failing grade of zero, I would. Ordered a Christmas tree online for delivery from this store the next day. Imagine my surprise when it arrived in pieces, unboxed and delivered on the back of a pick-up truck that drove thru town to get to me. To make matters worse the man who delivered it, refused to take it back. He left it in front of my garage and took off. Then, it took 7 calls and 1 1/2 hrs of my time to get the manager from the store and get any help. The phone operators kept refusing to even listen and transfer me. They just sent me straight to hold 4 times. I was hung up on 3 timed by operators and once by the manager. Then when I was able to reach the manager, she argued saying it was a new tree just the demo. Yeah, ok…. She even argued that it was only in 2 pieces. Guess what lady, it was in 3 pieces on delivery. Again, what difference does that make? I was treated like I’m the criminal. They wouldn’t give me my money back until it was back in the store. Sure! Waste more of my money on a tree that should be in a dumpster not delivered to my property. Never again! You lost my business and can stick it!

Being a contractor Home Depot is closer to my home I do have a commercial account at Lowe's interest rates are very high although I have a very high credit score I've tried to have them reduced my APR they will not Home Depot same type business a bit closer I go there more

We have been attempting to purchase a Whirlpool washer & dryer via telephone for the last 30 minutes.
The woman at the service desk took our name & number, then transferred us into an endless loop of the sound of Home Depot’s phone ringing & a recorded message!
No one will pick up the phone & offer assistance.
My husband finally left to personally go to the store to make the purchase & arrange delivery to our new home, & to speak with the manager on duty.
This is quite literally, the poorest customer service I’ve ever received. If the sale price for the appliances I want wasn’t such a good deal, we would take our business elsewhere!

I ordered a Murray zero turn mower from Home Depot for delivery. Below are photos of the mower that was delivered to me today. I refused the delivery and am blown away this was even went to a customer ! If I wanted a used mower I’d buy one from a yard sale !

I bought the generator the gfci keep tripped, it not working properly with my Freezer. They will not let me return. Managers told bring it home and list on marketplace for sale. They should post there no return policy at section generator not at customer service.
