When I first went in, everyone was super helpful and pleasant. Once they finished my taxes and took my money, they ghosted me. I have to owe money instead of getting the refund they said I would get and I have asked why FIVE times why this would be with no response from Jorge Liste who was touted as one of the best! I am super frustrated and will just go back to doing my own for free instead of paying the outrageous $280 for them ever again!

Rosario Beaudoin @ the Hancock bridge office is absolutely amazing. I highly recommend her if you live in the area give her office a call and set an appointment with her to have you're taxes prepared and finished.She is very patient. Super helpful with all you're questions, concerns, or anything you need help with.

Sally Rosario was great! She was so patient and kind and she does care about my family. She took her time for us to get a good refund back…. One of the best experiences I ever had at H&R Block! I’ve been going other places to do my taxes but didn’t went anywhere with it. I highly recommend this place to do the taxes, I will definitely try them again next year.
Thank you soo much H&R Block for helping me and my family and putting us a big smile on our faces. It’s a big blessing!
