Including new kitchen, relocation of laundry, reconfiguration of a bedroom/office, addition to the lanai, new flooring, bathroom change overs, and more. Having completed a number of remodels over the years and being my own general contractor, I was very hesitant to hire a contractor for this large project. However, I am so glad we did. Our project included the removal of a bathtub to build out a modern standup shower with custom glass doors and replacement of the builders countertops, all in the guest bedroom.
As all projects go ,there were some small delays. However, Mary and the project manager were communicating throughout the entire project and addressed all of our questions and concerns.
The demo and rebuild were clean and efficient. Everyone involved was professional and did exactly what they promised.
