Very dissatisfying experience, from the misspelling of my middle name, to the submission of payment date to the IRS. We wanted to pay the IRS NOW, come to find out 5 days later he made an error. Hugo finally admitted of his error after we called corporate and filed a complaint. Never again! He also charged us $500 to file our taxes for two people. Very incompetent individual.
