I'm am tired of checking out myself ! Always a struggle. Then half to wait for a cashier because they are helping the other 6 customers trying to self check out. How about opening up at least 1 lane to check customers out that don't want to self check. I also saw other people have complained in reviews about this. Nothing has changed so probably wasting my time with this review!! Home Depot had 4 people checking out customers. Guess I'll go there !!!!

I had a horrible encounter with an employee named Jennifer in the blinds department, she was very rude and impatient when asked questions about blinds. This experience made me uncomfortable and ruined my day making me have no choice but to leave go do my business elsewhere.

Came in at 7:30am on Monday the 24th of Feb. Many associates simply walked by while I was searching for a couple of items. Never bothered to ask if they could help or not. Then upon check-out, knowing I was paying cash, went to "customer service" and asked if I could pay for the items there and the lady replied "you are supposed to go to the check-out area, which is all self checkout and I knew that paying cash there takes extra time, already wasted about 20 minutes due to no one helping. The indifference this location shows on a regular basis is likely costing them customers.

Ailse full of palletized merchandise. No room to walk down the aisles. Saturday morning at 10:30 busiest time for DIYer's. I had to carry my product from the end of the aisle to the from where my cart was. #Lowes do better!

I was just at Lowe’s ….no cashiers…just 2 people helping people having trouble with self check out!!! I will not go back & will make my purchases at a store who has cashiers! Hate to see this….apparently they didn’t watch what happened at Walmart who now has lots of cashiers to take care of checking out!!

If you know what you want/need, the place is fine. If you need assistance, just go somewhere else. 2 times we have gone here & needed assistance. The 1st time, it took 20 mins to get someone to come help after multiple pages for assistance. The 2nd time, I waited 20 mins & no one showed even after 2 pages for assistance. According to another employee they only had 1 person for 7 aisle’s & they were “busy.”
Bottom line, if you have money to spend they’ll take it, but don’t bother the employees for help, they don’t seem to want to actually work when there.

Incompetence!
Totally disappointment. ordered a appliance during Thanksgiving holiday. Paid for the appliance, delivery & installation. Have waited 4 months to have the incorrect appliance delivered three times incorrectly. I've had my previous appliance that was supposed to be replace ripped out, & damaged (three times. Here we go on the fourth round, called Corporate several times to correct this issue. Nothing has been resolved & pushed out to the middle of March. VERY unprofessional in my opinion. I will never purchase anything from this store again.

My friend had an accident at this stores parking lot and had to swerve to avoid hitting a child and the store manager refused to come out and speak to my friend because she on "break". So what would have happened if the child was struck and killed? Some management.

Lowe’s is a pretty easy place to get in and out of not as busy as the home Depot, they associates are very friendly and helpful

Nothing but thieves I literally go ahead and buy $30 can of texture get home it doesn't have any pressure in it won't spray anything I go back and because I paid with cash and didn't have the receipt even though the lady was the one who cashed me out and knew that I bought it wouldn't even call a manager to come and help me out she just grabbed it and threw it in the trash inside if I don't have a receipt I'm s*** out of luck. Just robbed me $30
