Me and a customer right before me both had snacks we realized as we walked out where domed with mold. The younger guy before me was a regular and when he showed me his it looked like a hairy ball inside his cupcake. But didn't want to complain because he said it never Ballenger before and said he loved the place although this was only the third or fourth time I've been there, when i went back in they said I could grab another one!!!! Any would I want anther one after that smh. I don't think I'll go back there.

Unbelievable incompetence. After waiting 15 minutes for the 2 customers in front of me to finalize their transactions, I tried to buy a quart of transmission fluid. The system couldn't ring it up. The cashier had to yell at someone in the back to get a price. I left without buying anything.

When the receipt was delivered, they did not give me what corresponded to the actual payment, half an explanation, and they did not respond to me in the best way.
