Jim at master touch auto body and their tow shop were the kindest and most understanding people I have ever had the pleasure of working with. He was able to point us in a good direction & helped us to the best of his ability. 10/10 would recommend master touch in any scenario. We are extremely thankful for master touch!!

Ted and Jim are the best! They fought with the Insurance company fixed the car and it looks like it did before the claim. They missed hooking up my fog lights when they put it back together. When I brought it back over they didn't argue or get defensive they just scheduled the car back in and corrected the issue. Professional and excellent at customer service. Thanks Guy's you are the Best!
