“We had the absolute best experience at Hiddenbed in Cape Coral. We had been looking for some sort of bed solution for our home office and were in a time crunch as we had company coming. The entire team was so helpful in getting us what we needed. I messaged the business and got a response almost instantly, we figured out a couch bed (but really so much more than a traditional couch bed) that would work perfectly for our space and they arranged to have it delivered within our time frame. My experience as a customer of Cape Coral Mattress has been so refreshing and impressive that I wanted to acknowledge this wonderful business. The first day I stopped in after visiting several other mattresses retailers I was lucky enough to meet the owner, Jerry. Jerry knows his products! He methodically took me through he store asking me about my sleep habits and needs as he had me trying out possible choices. Jerry made sure I took the same pillow for each bed I tested out to keep everything even.
We narrowed down the choices to two mattresses. I left to think about it and discuss with my husband. No pressure.
I returned unannounced two days later just as a wall of heavy rain hit. I pulled into a parking space deciding to wait for the rain to let up. The next thing I know a man comes out of the store with two umbrellas to walk me in from the rain!! Yes, Customer Service is alive and well at Cale Coral Mattress! And , this wasn’t Jerry, it was Jeff, a wonderful salesman who immediately recognized my name from a note that Jerry had left from
My visit two days ago. After trying out the two mattresses I had picked out previously, I was still unsure. Jeff was very patient and super friendly as he talked me through my needs. I decided to try one more which I ended up purchasing.
Again, No pressure..By the way they offer a wonderful Comfort exchange program-just in case the bed does not work out.
The bed was delivered 5 days later. Excellent Customer Service doesn’t end at the showroom. The delivery team was fantastic. Darryl & Nerlins could not have been nicer. Darryl was super friendly & explained how to use the power base for the mattress and the airing out process for the mattress. They were neat & efficient. Lastly, Christina, in the office was sweet and helpful getting things set up. All-in-all a 5 star experience!

After placing our order with Kelley, we were informed that our furniture wouldn't be delivered for 6-8 weeks.
