The lady behind the counter doesn't know a dam thing about tech or phones the only thing she wants to do is try to upsell you for the same phone I asked her about one phone that was 300 and her comment is well this phones 500 and has a better camera who cares about the dam camera answer the question I asked you every question I asked she had a well this phone has this and is better for xxx answer the dam question your asked and even when I asked her about processer and how much imternal storage and memery there is all she could do was read the box not give an actual answer of what the phone can do capacity wise or anything typical person who's not actually caring for there job

I was not happy with the phone I purchased . I returned to the store the next morning ( 12 hours later) with phone, receipt, bag, and box . I wanted to return the phone and purchase a better , more expensive phone that would accommodate my needs from the same store. The owner would not allow me to return phone . I visited another t mobile store on del Prado who informed me that the store is supposed to return phones. Corporate customer service also claims that the store should return phone . Apparently , this store makes up their own rules. They won't reply to this post. Unfortunately, it cost the store manager more then the price of the phone he sold me that he would not return. Hahaha

Did not open on time sat there for 45 minutes and no one showed up to come to work could not get things done that have been wanting to get done since I purchased new phone have been denied access a being to get a new phone have explained that there were major problems with the phone from the day of purchase and have not had them do anything about it something should have been done within the first 2 weeks and we have in this phone and they ignore the issue since I will never go back to that store
