Horrible. The system is ALWAYS down. This was our 3rd attempt at going into this store over the last 2 yrs. And every time, we get turned away because the systems are down. Try back again later. It's not a good look for a store to have systems constantly down. More likely than not, it's the employees who just don't want to work and give an excuse. Go elsewhere because this is an unreliable store that should be avoided.

If I could give a 0 I would have. I'm on the phone with Metro help desk on speaker phone, they instruct me to walk in so I can retrieve my account info. The 2 women tell me they can't help me and the person on the phone is telling them they can. They didn't even try, The help desk apologized and instructed me to go to a different Metro location. All I needed was my account number and the date the bill is due. My phone is broken and can not receive texts. The 2 women there are useless. No effort. Horrible service. When I asked for a manager or the a phone number to call they acted like they didn't know what that is. Useless.
Edit:12/12/24 That is interesting because I went to Metro on 2708 Santa Barbara Blvd Ste 128, Cape Coral, FL and was able to get all my information in less than 5 minutes. Maybe you and your staff should visit that location and receive some training.

Would be nice if you guys had your services up and running or if people actually care to do their job instead of sitting in the back and then trying to get you out of the store as fast as possible y'all should really just fire every employee you have. Greeting a customer with what you want and then rolling your eyes probably isn't good for your business

So I’ve never had issues ever with metro. But today I go to pay a bill along with four other men at 2:42pm seeing they close at 4pm i got there at around 2:20pm I rushed over really quick. I noticed a issue when I go to open the door and it’s locked. No signs nothing lights All on. Then as I’m calling the store all of the sudden I look up and some random women is walking from the back and the cashier is standing behind the register now which is strange seeing me and four others weren’t noticed or anything? Store is locked during business hours with no signs saying break or anything with a non employee inside? When I came in and said hi nicely wasn’t upset or mean the random lady that was in the locked store ran out and disappeared either into a car or tan around the back. Very strange. She didn’t even apologize for locking and ignoring the customers standing outside seeing she had no reason to close a hour before closing. Ill be taking my business to the metro down the road since they don’t pull this.

I’ve been calling for days to find out if they have an iPhone 15 pro and never get an answer. I went there today and asked if they had a phone customers can call on and she said the phone had been broken since hurricane Ian (9/28/2022) and they haven’t fixed it yet. Really??? And they had no IPhone 15’s. Pathetic
