I just went to move my sim card to a new phone. The lady said I needed a new card (even though I had mine), and charged me as if I was activating a new line . She also upgraded my plan without my consent. I had to pay $32.06 for activating a new line and a payment support charge of $6.00. As I left the office my wife and son called me telling me that they had just received a text message saying that they needed to pay $4 dollars and some change each for the new plan. I went back to the store, asked her why she had changed my plan, and she said it sometimes happened when a customer requested to move the sim card to a new phone. Anyways, you just reach your own conclusions. The employee ID is SRF960... I got a copy of the receipt. Hope this helps.

Find the song one guy that knew what he was doing and was willing to set up my account took me seven trees counting all the other stories they sent me to also had their computers down even though I asked before going to the next one.
I got the 40-hour package with $10 extra for hot spotting.. it's terrible!
I can hotspot off my ex's Verizon in the Next Room far better than this $10 data whatever I'm paying for. I'd be better off just giving her the 10 bucks...

Even when her Verizon is staggered it's better than hotspot than the one I'm paying for.
Come on T-Mobile you're behind this get it together.
I'm canceling my Pandora hotspot or they're going to fix it 5 or 6 trips over there later.

Went in to get my son a phone for Christmas just like one I got last week for my other son. Store seems to make up their own policy for what plans can and can’t go with phone promotions. You pretty much get the most expensive plan or you can’t get the promos is what the person at the counter said. Ordered it online instead, their loss.

This worker kept purposely skipping me in line to help her fellow Spanish people. The lady was behind me and the Spanish worker said in Spanish what's your number and took the lady's money. Like I didn't matter.
