I am several weeks in to seeing Dr. Tom Neidenbach at Millenium Physicians Group for physical therapy. His experience and expertise has already begun helping me restore my strength and range with an increase of 10+ degrees in cervical and rotary cuff range of motion and rotation.The staff is always helpful and friendly. Dr. Neidenbach’s professional knowledge, friendliness, kindness, and care has made what is not necessarily a pleasant experience as pleasant as it could possibly be. As a patient, I feel truly heard and cared for.Under his care, I have seen chronic pain level decrease from a constant 9 to what I would now describe as a 7 on a bad day and as low as a 4 on a good day, which is a very significant improvement for me.He even gave me a folder to keep track of my exercises and some resistance bands.If anyone in the area has to have physical therapy, I hope they get to see Dr. Neidenbach.

Been going to this drs office for 17 years w Dr Laufer, Hogan, and Auria along w labs and radiology. my mother and father also went there for many years years before they passed… that should say it all!

I have just completed PT at Millennium Del Prado Cape Coral. I have been very pleased with the results. The staff is very friendly and excellent in explaining how you can help yourself with lots of carryover advice. I loved going to my sessions as I always left feeling great.

Going here for 3 years suddenly everything changed. Doctors unavailable for months must see a Physicians assistant. Very underwhelming, did not listen, took inaccurate notes, giving me symptoms I never mentioned. This is just big business and you are a customer nothing more. If they are able to send you to as many other doctors and labs it is all the more money for the business instead of offering help that might actually make a difference. No one wants to change doctors we were left with no choice. Physicians assistant told us he was too busy. If the doctor is unavailable and the PA is too busy it is clear they have no time for my health concerns. We moved on and should have done it much sooner.

I am very disappointed with the treatment of the milenun office in del prado, the staff with whom I have had contact has not been professional at all, terrible treatment of the patient, they cancel the appointment without the patient's authorization and after they do it without prior notice the client He loses the day of work thinking that he has his appointment and when he arrives at the office they tell him that the appointment has been cancelled. I have been talking to the supervisor of that office for more than 2 months and no one calls to confirm, according to Yvett, who says she is the assistant supervisor, she was on vacation and we had to wait but it seems that vacations are endless because last week I went to the office and they told me that the supervisor was not there and when I asked to speak to Yvett she sent me to say that she was busy and could not help me, but earlier on the phone she told me that I could go to the office and talk to her about any situation but all the time They are lying and when you call by phone they are never available so they tell you that they will call you back and they never call you, my husband and I are very disappointed and we are going to leave this clinic that does not appreciate or respect the patient. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS CLINIC TO ANYONE.

I am assuming you are talking about the physical therapy department. I wish you would tell the name of the doctor or Department when you have these surveys. I was sick there and they called 911 for me and I was in the hospital for 4 days and very grateful to them. They are very nice and helpful

Today was supposed to get an echo done I'm the capecoral office due to having an issue with my heart post being sick. Now I walk in a few mins late and they were going to see me until the check in girl decided to yell my balance out loud to the whole waiting room. I haven't worked in 4 weeks due to being sick and was denied my echo today because I didn't have $243 to give her right then and there. I am sick of people not even trying to help . I had something to give her but not all and this girl was beyond disgusting. Personality is a ZERO for the position she is in . The worst part of this experience was the waiting room staring at me because I couldn't pay my balance in full. I'm disgusted with this place . Save yourself the time

Too many calls and visits because they keep on messing up the scripts, paper work, and billing. And they still DON'T have it right. I am tired of calling them and telling them how to do their job correctly, and they keep on messing up, incompetence. They keep on sending me bills that the insurance company will pay IF they coded it correctly, but they just don't. I make call after call, and they are like robots, repeating the same mistakes over and over; isn't that insanity? I'm not paying their erroneous bills, and I will never go to them again. What a waste of my time.
