Very unfriendly atmosphere. Got a polish change for $15 plus tip and the woman didn't file or trim the nails just threw on the polish. Definitely won't be a go to for me. One and done.

The lady who answered the phone was very sweet but the lady who did my nails was very rude. She hurt me several times and my nails look absolutely awful. The paint job is awful on both hands. She barely said a word to me. Kept jerking my hands. I would not recommend this nail salon to anybody and will not be returning. These are my nails not even 5 minutes after leaving there. She also kept rushing and didn't say anything when she finished just moved to the next girl. EDIT: I had to go to a different nail salon and get them repainted. When she was repainting them she noticed that the acrylic they used most likely was mma or the glue she put underneath the powder (neither should've been on there) I had to have them soaked off which took 2 1/2 hours when usually they should soak off within an hour. They should come off easily but instead were gooey. My nails had a lot of damage from this salon. I have cuts in my cuticles from here.

I came from NY for my sister's birthday. Her son treated all 3 of us for mani/pedi so I called to see the availability of 4, Kim, said come right away and she will do 3 of us. The pedicure was so bad that we passed on the manicure! My nephew still had peeling skin on his feet. I mentioned it and Kim replied, put lotion on it!! Huh! I said I thought you did that, then she was so bothered! My sister chose white for her toes and the paint was awful, cuticles still present and she too did not get her feet or pegs lotioned. I got my eyebrows waxed and I think she gave me whiplash by snatching my forehead and chin! I said hey, take it easy. She didn't! We will never ever go there again. They do very sloppy work and were rude to us

I had my toe cut pretty bad and my polish is very chunks and uneven. I didn’t get my whole big toe painted part of it was completely missed.

I’m in town for a short period of time and desperately needed my nails done! I came here and received excellent customer services as well as great service! I don’t like how they don’t really clean the pedicure tub or use the liners but I still had a great experience despite that concern.

I've been going to Nail Design for years now and they do a wonderful job. Even when I'm visiting up north, I will wait the extra week! I wouldn't go anywhere else for my pedicures.

Just had a pedicure at Nail Design. Unfortunately I was not happy with the Sterilization procedure. Instruments were not in a sterile bag The pedicure tub was not cleaned after my pedicure they just filled it up with the water and the next person sat down ,would definitely not recommend that place for a manicure or a pedicure.Service: Pedicures

Had a pedicure with friends today. Was very disappointing to see there were no sterilization proceedures in place. I was the last on started and the first one done. The person who did my pedicure was not very tentative to what he was doing.Service: Pedicures

The technician was good but the place is extremely dirty, they don’t use the plastic bags for pedicure and they reuse sponges and tools without cleaning them. I’m not sure how they can legally operate this place without complying with hygienist rulesServices: Pedicures

Very disappointed. The worst Pedi I have had. The entire pedi took about 10 minutes. I came out with the same callouses that I went in with. I had to go home and do them myself. They were so busy and the guy that did mine was just worried about getting to the next person. I won't go back.

It's been years since I've been able to get my nails done. They were able to squeeze me and my mom in on a Saturday no less and were so fantastic and accommodating. They did an excellent job with the gel mani pedi and I will absolutely be coming back!
