Where did Jackie go ???. The new little manager is RUDE!!! Charged me $2.00 for one stamp and gave me a huge attitude "that's not my job" WOW! You shouldn't even have a job with that rude unhelpful attitude! Also trying to over charge for shippingof I use company return label $9.95 she tried to charge me $39.95 for ground, makes zero sense.
Reply to owner... that's not what happened your manager ripped open that bag so I shouldn't of been charged... and she clearly stated "that's not my job" with a major attitude so if you call that expectational customer service after years of using your services I will definitely be taking my business elsewhere.

After wasting my drive to the UPS store to find out they had no notary, I found pack and send through a local Google search. I called and someone actually answered the phone ( which was a good start) and they had a notary on duty. Thank you Madeline for answering the phone and getting my document notarized quickly and easily upon arrival.

I had an extremely unpleasant experience at this store. One of the employees Hailey was extremely rude. I was there for fingerprinting and she kept interrupting me speaking with another employee. At the end she threatened to "bounce" back my fingerprints which meant canceling my appintment which she did and i had to go to another place. I have filed a complaint with fieldprint and BBB. Be careful going here as i guess the owners take little to no interest in having customers experience this type of situation since she said "go ahead write a review ive been here for 10 years". As a business owner myself i cannot imagine having this type of employee working for me.

I had two returns, one for fedex one for UPS. Tried to return at UPS and it was such a headache. Then, I brought everything to Jackie at Pack and Send Gifts and she took care of it all, and she was so sweet about everything. 10/10 would definitely recommend!
