And average pet store that I prefered over PetSmart. The staff, however, are always attentive and very knowledgeable.

I had to find a travle cage for my Cockatoo because she decided to be a full on pain in the car for our trip & they had exactly what I needed and even let me put it together right there in the store. They were a great help in my time of need. I would go back there for more Pet items.

Store us always clean and well organized. The staff is hit or miss. Some are very friendly and helpful, but some are just too busy talking amongst themselves to help. Prices are getting to be insane.
