I try to always address any issues I have with a business directly and privately, but my email went unanswered . It has been nearly 3 weeks since I brought my pet in and the lack of response leads me to believe that my assumptions about this place was correct. I have attached the email I sent to them which describes in detail the issues I had with this place. I really wanted to like them but I am convinced that these people are there to take advantage of concerned pet owners. I would have walked out with a $700 bill if I didn’t read it over.

STEER CLEAR OF THIS PLACE. DO YOUR PETS A FAVOR!I'm a firm believer not to give a negative review before trying to rectify, & did that with this company. We're new to the area & took my kitten in with intestinal issues. The staff, tech & vet were very NICE.We were prescribed a food that cost $53.xx/case. After 15 cans, we realized that it was not the correct food. So we brought the 9 cans back & exchanged them with no problem.I get a call on 3/4 being accused of exchanging food we did not purchase through them & that I owned money for 9 cans of food. I explained that they were wrong & they have to look elsewhere for the mistake. I got a call back, & was told that the food was the suppliers' fault & it should never have been on the shelf. I asked if the cat was in danger since he had food meant for cats with kidney issues for 5 days. I was told that I should feed him the prescribed food for 1 more week. Another 53.00. So I said that I shouldnt have to pay for the food since this was a mistake made by them. NOPE, I have to buy it myself. I was also told that the food was OLD & that the kidney food shouldn't have been on the shelf to begin with! Again relayed by the "manager"I asked to speak to the owner, Lorena Rapoport. Instead the manager communicated through the staff. I told her that it was not her responsibility to deal with this situation & I would wait to speak to the manager.I called the office on 3/5 & speak to Gabriel who explained he is the owner's son & he was as close to the owner as it could get LOL. I explain, what happened & again refused to offer to give me the food even though it was their mistake. This person had zero cares about customer satisfaction & Zero customer service skills.During the conversation he couldn't throw more people under the bus including "his" front desk staff, "his" vets, & "his" supplier.Again, his staff couldn't have been nicer on the phone as they relayed his cowardly message to me. He blamed the person training that day (for the record, if that person is reading this, I STRESSED that person should NOT be blamed).I then proceed to tell him what a business "mightaswellbe owner" should do when there is an unhappy customer & that having the food I was given, couldve hurt him. Nothing. I told him I was going to send a review & he then told me ago ahead "I have been threatened by lawyers, customers, all the time!!!" Lawyers... Good comeback.. He then proceeds to make up a COMPLETELY different story about why that food was on the shelf (still not telling me how old it was) & still refusing to take any "owner"ship of the situation.STEER CLEAR OF THIS PLACE. DO YOUR PETS A FAVOR....IF you are looking for a job here - RUN. There is ZERO loyalty from management/"mightaswellbe" owner. They WILL NOT have your back & it's a very important virtue to have in a boss.I will take responsibility that I should have done more research in finding a vet. They were the 4th one i called. All the others were booked weeks out (flag 1) & I had a sick pet. Second, I will never go to a business whose owners are not trained in that specialty ever again. There is no skin in the game. It's just about the money. As a business owner, it was insanely disappointing to see that there are people like this out there that do NOT value the well-being of their pets & the satisfaction of their customers. When I have had a customer that was not satisfied, I did my very best to make it right no matter what it costs. I train my staff to treat my clients like family & the most important: to make sure they return. As a mother, I would be disappointed & furious with my son for handling my business the way he does while it is left in his hands.Your website quotes: "We are extremely proud of our dedicated team!" And you should be! They're great. They should have a reason to be proud of you.I have rea

So thankful that Katie passed her evaluation. I think Katie also had a great time and she probably made 30 or 40 new friends. When I brought her home, she was exhausted from one super busy day. We are looking forward to the next occasion to bring her over for a stay.

Pet Coral is a great place. I take my puppy, Olivia, there so she can socialize with other dogs in a safe & caring environment. She LOVES it. She can’t wait to go to daycare to be with her buddies. The staff takes great care of her. The Veteraniary staff is excellent. There was a couple of times the staff saw something on Olivia & they took her to the vet immediately. I was called and when I went to get her, they explained fully to me what happened & gave me the appropriate medication. I highly recommend Pet Coral Resort & Veterinary Services.

It's something I can't understand. There is a lot of advertising for a veterinary clinic and in 4 years when I have had an emergency with some of my dogs it turns out that there are no veterinarians there and when there are it is by appointment. It's an emergency, how am I going to make an appointment? What a disappointment sometimes in these places. and how expensive they charge

Do not take your pets to get groomed here, the lady practically abused my 5 pound yorkie. She cut her ear & burnt her scalp by leaving the dryer on it too long. Who knows what else she did to her. Not only that, she didn’t complete the grooming how I specially asked for it. Terrible experience knowing I leave my dog there trusting she won’t be treated poorly & this is what they do.

My old man junior has gone to them since he was 18months old. Never have had a problem! Recently we found out he has diabetes, and Elmer has been anything but short of helpful and patient with all my questions and concerns. Shout out to him! The whole staff is very welcoming and friendly.Only complaint is the turn over rate on vet doctors but I guess that’s anywhere.

I took my Golden Retriever in for her shots and a grooming. I explained I wanted a summer cut, which is what she got last year and it was prefect. Her appointment was scheduled for 9am. I dropped her off at 0845 am. At 145 pm, 5 hours later, they called and said she was ready. When they brought her out she was shaved almost to bare skin, and just chopped up, she looked like a lab not a golden retriever. I was not happy and when I said “This is too much” I got the attitude like “oh well”. I have never been so upset. Where is it ok to shave a Golden all the way down to bare skin? And No she was not matted all over. Just her tail and bottom area because she won’t let me brush her in those areas. AND when I got her home, she ran straight to her water bowl as if she had not had anything to drink in Almost 6 hours. I will never take her back there.

Nice, but the dogs get sprayed with something that smells like toilet cleaner, and I think it makes the sick. Also, there was a bad epidemic of a serious cough and we weren't aware of it until my baby got really sick, that ended up in pneumonia, when I asked the people that work there, they acknowledged the problem, but it wasn't a big deal to them, but it certainly was a problem for us, and all the bills we had to pay for the Vet. If they have told us the cough was going on, we would have been able to keep the baby at the office for a while.
