This location has helped me multiple times. In every case they have been professional, knowledge, and pleasant to interface with. Their work is consistently excellent and prices of both items and labor is fair. Nothing to worry about here. Call them.

They dont stand behind their parts. Been a loyal customer for 3 years. Hayward clorinator lid self destructs. Ring less than 1 year, center part less then 6 months old. Not the first time this was replaced. I'll shop elsewhere for equipment and parts, hmmm... I think there is a new pool store opening up near me.

Justo and his team are awesome! They helped me rebuild a pump in the store an hour before closing. It's rare you find this kind of service and just genuine willingness to help.Thank you!Way to set the standard for the other stores in the area!

Sold me an over priced pump that wasn't up to code, they then let the pump run dry on normal weekly service and now refuse to replace the pump they ruined. I tried to talk with the owner but he got very emotional and upset immediately.

Pinch a penny is always spot on with pool care and advise. Been going there since about 2000 and have never been disappointed.

There were 2 employees on duty during our first and only visit. Neither acted like they wanted us to bother them. They rudely helped us with virtually no conversation. We won’t go back to the 47th Terrace, Cape Coral location. We will give the SW location a try and if we are treated the same way, we will be going to Leslie’s pool supply.

Probably the worst place to shop for your pool. I purchased a new pump for $1800 and installation for an extra fee because they promised a warranty but after 2 months it stopped working and they WILL NOT honor the warranty and sent me to another store for service and said I need to go to the manufacturer for warranty. The manager Justo is extremely rude and should not be talking to customers. If there was a place to avoid at all costs it would be this place. They are not to be trusted and the manager is not an honorable human being. I would put zero stars on this place if this system allowed it. I have never dealt with anyone as rude as Justo and he threatened to call the police if I didn’t leave the store when I asked for proof of a sales tax permit. Worst experience ever!!! Go somewhere else if you want quality service and parts.

Justo the owner will not honor his service warranty and insults you as a customer. Purchased a pool pump almost $2K and 2 weeks after the hurricane it stopped working. He will not help and sends me to another store. When I complained he threatened to call the police if I don't leave the store. I have it all recorded on Video. He also refused to produce or show me a sellers permit. Do Not Shop here with your hard earned money if you expect a warranty or an honorable store manager.

So we used this particular one for 2 years. Did just fine. Told them a few weeks ago we were now here permanently and wanted to service the pool ourselves.and would stop using them effective August 31st. since you pay monthly at the 1st of the month. Should still have service weekly as usual since we're paid til the 31st but haven't seen the pool guy since last week. They acted upset a little when we told them we were done using them. Guess they were. If wasn't for that I'd give more stars but like getting everything I pay for.Update.I was contacted by the store owner and informed that apparently the young man that does our pool was off sick and assured me that they will in fact be here this week to service our pool.

This guy that runs the store is the most condescending rude guy I’ve ever dealt with.
