You find almost everything you need, but online should improve, shipping is expensive and they don't get you anything even if it is in another store.

A female employee named, "Bailey", age ~ 22-24 (?), totally humiliated me in public while I was ordering a faucet with her online from the Cape Cora, FL, Skyline store. While working with her I was trying to make conversation with her. Since it was election season, I asked if she voted yet. All of a sudden, out of now where she responds, "IT'S NONE OF YOUR BUSINESS IF I VOTED OR NOT". I said, "sorry, I didn't ask who you voted for".... I was just making small talk. She responded once again, " IT'S NONE OF YOUR BUSINESS IF I VOTED OR NOT". Surrounding employees and customers took notice and looked a little shocked at what transpired... I left her register and told her I was going to talk with the store manager. I asked to see a manager and a manager's assistant named "Charles" came. I told him what had happened. He took notes. I apologized to him saying that I have never in my lifetime ever called a manager and made a complaint. I thanked him and began to leave the store. I had to exit and pass by the area where the incident occurred. There I saw the employee that humiliated me laughing with a friend employee (most likely about what happened earlier, I think).... I left the store. If ever I return to the Cape Coral, FL, Home Depot, and see "Baily" working, I will turn right around and leave the store.... I'm sorry I'm reporting this negative feedback.

The parking lot is always filthy as are the surroundings. At the self serve checkout, there are always like 4 associates directing you to an open checkout. They instead could be managing a register. There are green lights telling you a checkout is open.

Delivery experience not good. Called store Thursday around 3:00 p.m. , on hold, for a long time it kept transferring .. . woman that answered could care less. We normally love Home Depot. The in store experience was good. But...

Ordered materials for delivery. Was told it will deliver the next morning. It did not happen. It took 5 days after I made a phone call. Their phone system sucks!

This is the worst homedepot I've ever been too in my life. I went to the office in the back 2 times to get help and not once did they call on the intercom. I waited there 45 minutes and no one even come to help.

I went to home Depot on skyline in Cape Coral FL. Roxy was a customer service representative that saw I was lost but looking for something. She asked if I need help. I told her I need an electric cord for my new washer and dryer I just ordered from home Depot. She took me right to the cord I needed and walked me to the front. She was not only extremely kind but gave exceptional customer service! Thank you Roxy!

I bought a roybi generator two months ago in preparation for Hurricane season. The day before the hurricane I opened the box and it would not start, I packed it up and took it back, after along line I was told they would not fix it exchange it or give me my money back they recommend I take it to small engine repair service who would not work on a Robi. Any ideas how I get my $900 back?

Went to this home depot to get pvc for a doorway arch project Mom wanted to make. We had an idea and measurements - thank goodness for Dave in the PVC aisle. He was beyond helpful and so nice. And he understood what she wanted to do. He was kind, funny and you can tell he really enjoys his job and helping others. Thank you Dave!!!

I wanted to purchase a board to use as the top of a cabinet I have. I didn’t want to spend a lot because the cabinet was very inexpensive. Mike helped me find a board & trim to use. He even cut the long piece of trim so it was easier for me to take with me. He was friendly & professional. He spent the time with me that I needed. I appreciate that kind of service.
