Deli is ALWAYS ALWAYS understaffed!! I am a Health Care worker and a First Responder. I work 12 hour shifts, I should not have to wait in line for 20+ minutes to order my subs!!!! The Deli workers are the BEST!!! they just need more help!! Maybe Publix is just trying to save a buck by making people order online but my order is always wrong or not ready which is why I go to order in person!! I have had a discussion with every Manager and nothing changes!!

This place is horrible!! The deli workers are not nice!! No one in the store ever stops when you’re trying to ask them a question. The customer service desk is not helpful!! This is not a store that is worth going to.

Yesterday leaving this Publix, my Publix guy finished helping load the groceries and he said, “Thank you for shopping with us. We know you have choices and we appreciate your business”. I thought that was excellent customer service.

All of the pharmacy staff are always very nice and accommodating. They have shorter wait times than a lot of other pharmacies, even other Publix locations. I love them as my pharmacy!

I love this Publixs fresh meat and very tasty. Service is always excellent. My only complaint is they don’t stock Yellow Tail Cabernet & Merlot mix. They have all the others but that one. I have to the neighborhood Walmart to buy it and it’s two dollars less. They always have it in stock.

I went today and this has always been my publix .. but there were more than just a couple customers with no mask on !! If we are making a rule for the safety of us all someone should be enforcing it . I’m a nurse and was very disappointed

They are professional, courteous and easy to use. Easy phone reorder. Text reminders when ready. Plus they have never steered me wrong on my non prescription questions on best products for what ails. They don't push Publix brands but let person decide but direct me to choices.

I enjoy going to this pharmacy, so much that since my move, I still go to this particular Publix Pharmacy, even though there are three closer Publix pharmacies to my new home. Am always greeted with a friendly smile, which makes me not mind driving out of my way to pickup my prescriptions.

The pharmacist working on Sundays is a sad power hungry little man. We had a ton of prescriptions here until today. My wife's prescription was due yesterday and they told her that since she's picked it up early throughout the year they won't fill it. Today makes it 31 days since it was filled last. She has been given a hard time every time she has picked it up for the last 3 months. Luckily I was only on the phone when he talked down to her otherwise my photo may be on the news. I have shopped at this Publix since it was built now I will never step foot in that store again. Pharmacist should follow the law and not allow their personal feelings about a prescription to judge the people picking them up.
