I have to tell you, it's hard to find good customer service these days... but that was hardly the case at this Publix! The staff was so nice and eager to help (I was visiting from another state, so I had no clue where anything was). Not only were they helpful, but they were genuinely smiling! If I lived in Florida, this would be my grocery store!

I have to admit, with the prices of food lately I haven't shopped at publix much due to their prices; Even with their infamous BOGO's. However there are a few items my family uses that only Publix carries; so I'm forced to shop there for those select items.The associates here are very friendly and accommodating to their customers.

Instacart absolutely dropped the ball and didn't shop our order. Customer service @ publix on Cape coral parkway helped me cancel the order and the manager even went as far as having one of the employees shop our order. Want to thank the staff that worked Sunday Nov. 5th for all the help and I hope regional management ends the partnership with instacart and creates their own curbside.

Publix is a cut above, especially the bakery and deli counters. Glorious sub sandwiches made to order, including Boar's Head meats and cheeses for a slight upcharge. Great artisan and sandwich breads (the 5-grain is awesome).

Big shout out to Sasha In the deli you have such an optimistic and bright personality really lifted my spirits today and put a lot of care into our meal we ordered! Thank you so much Sasha, for making this day and Publix one of my favorites!

This store is a great store I'm disabled and I never have to worry about someone they're not taking good care of me helping when I can't reach things and always being very pleasant I highly recommend the store

I give publix a 3 i feel like they could do better in there fruit department you have to ask for certain fruits and they will not allow you to pick your melons because they are in the back I personally drive from south east cape to farmer joes for all my produce so much fresher and bigger selection and the meat department at farmer joes is amazing there is no comparison to publix how ever they do carry some products at publix i cant get at farmer joes and I love publix constant sales

It seems they have some trouble with stocking issues but generally the products are great but the employees talk to each other way too much when they should be ringing up items

I love Publix! Most employees are very helpful and always smile. There is an older lady in the Seafood department that goes above and beyond. Her knowledge of seafood and the products stocked is excellent.That being said I've noticed what I call location pricing. Some stores, depending on the economic make up of the location, have different pricing on the same items.

Superior grocery chain. Everything is off the charts fresh, quality. Staff is amazing and helpful. Store is immaculate clean.

At first the produce appears clean and fresh. Upon further inspection it is not very clean. For example; I have recently purchased a bunch of parsley and have spent an hour just cleaning, not even prepping it yet. As someone who enjoys their produce I feel that when purchased they definitely need to be cleaned. I know that sometimes it is a one time thing, but for me this wasn't. I have been experiencing this with their produce lately.

Had a coupon for free ice cream on my birthday at Winn Dixie and they didn't honor it. Typical bait and switch. Had same promotion with Publix easy in easy out no issues. I love my Publix!
