They don't actually close at 2p. They close before 2p even when there isn't anybody waiting. Got there at 1:47 and checked in and at 1:53p was told that they couldn't take me. There were no other patients there.

I went for a urine test, in the restroom there are instructions how the patient to clean him self using the moist wipes BUT those were not provided by the technician neither in the restroom . After more than 24 hours still do not have the results !!
The online and over the phone process to change schedule is cumbersome

Worker hardly spoke English which made it hard. Not everyone speaks spanish and that should be addressed as we are dealing with medical issues. She told me i could use the restroom and later apologized because one of the test required a urine sample so i had to wait an hour. Finally my name was mispeLled and i was still asked to sign. I refused and she spoke to the supervisor who still made her push the paperwork as is with notes stating " patient unable to sign. I am hoping i am not billed twice for this mistake

I know with blood draw you typically have no option, but if you do I would avoid this place at all costs. The lady that drew my blood was rude and horrible at blood draw. She stuck the needle in my forearm, which I have never seen before, it hurt like hell, and still hurts hours later. She was aggressive and didn't really care, she said they had a lot of cost controls and this is how they did their job.

This is a clean and professional Quest location. Last visit though I was very concerned as location didn't have working bathroom. Employees had to go to supermarket to use restroom/ wash hands.
Hands should be washed in between every patient, even when gloves are used.

Was in today to drop off specimen. Followed the proper procedure and waited for my turn. I understand that patients with appointments come first, however, if I'm signed in and the next patient checked not for 10-15 minutes, why would I not be taken before their scheduled appointment? Wasted a half hour of my time when it did not seem necessary. Please review your procedures.

I came in for a drug test and my visit would have been very quick but I couldn't use the bathroom right away. The lady that was assisting me, told me I could use the water fountain to help. The fountains water was gross! It tastes like something is in it. I could barely drink one cup. Other than that, my visit was smooth and simple.

Made an appointment for 8:10am. Got there at 8am and there were 44 people (all with appointment) in the queue. I waited until 8:25 and only 2 names had been called so I had to leave. Why have set appointments if this is the case? This location has a horrible history with wait times. My time is valuable too.

Just went in this morning to receive some bloodwork the new girl working back office number five was very good with her hands. Did not even feel the needle and cannot even tell. I was punctured good experience For someone who hates getting blood work done in-N-Out the whole appointment was less than 10 minutes

The woman who helped me was exceptional. She had great attention to detail, was kind, and compassionate. I think her name was Marian although I am sure I am spelling it incorrectly.
