With so many real estate agents in SWFL it can be hard to know who to work with as it is one of the largest purchases or sales most of us will do in our life. Nancy is a great agent, responsive and dedicated to helping find the right fit for you and get you in your dream home here in Florida

Joshua Painter is the BEST realtor in Cape Coral. He has helped educate me on the buying process since I am a first time home buyer. The process was smooth and his team was very professional. He was always willing to slow down and explain the next step in a way that I could understand him.
