Always a pleasure when we visit. Fiona is wonderful. Staff know are names. Never had an issue in the year we’ve been doing business with them. Fiona and Regions changed our lives significantly for the better!!

I opened an account online. I do not recommend doing so. The account was frozen pending verification review but never was I told this in the process. It had already accepted my payroll direct deposit and when I went to transfer PayPal funds in to pay my rent, I was receiving an error message. I went to the Cape Coral Del Prado location to resolve. The visit did not start out great and I was told I could not even get my payroll deposit out until the account was verified but they could not tell me how long it would take, what actually needed to be verified, or why the online process never informed me of this before taking my money. Since Hurricane Ian I am desperately trying to catch up on bills and my rent needed to be paid that day. I also had to get my 7 month old to daycare and get to work asap. Elisabeta took the information and worked on it all day for me and kept in touch by phone with updates. When I got off work she waited for me to get to the bank even though they were technically closed in in the lobby. When it was said and done she fixed the issue and I had free control over the account by that night so I could pay my rent. I was very angry and upset at first and planned on closing the account, but Elisabeta definitely saved an customer and restored my faith in the bank by going above and beyond for me to right a wrong!

This bank has poor customer service. I have been here several times trying to resolve Chinese symbols on my account when I log in but the worst customer service was recent. I needed my accounts put in a trust. Elizabeth said I will call you tomorrow for you to come and sign papers. She took a copy of my trust. For the past two weeks I have been in the bank three times and called twice. Never able to talk with Elizabeth. Dominick sent her two emails while I sat at his desk with him showing me where they were sent. He write my name and number on a piece of paper and handed it to her behind the service desk while I was there and still no call. I went back today and she was with s customer. Dominick said he couldn’t help me because he was behind customer service counter today (oxymoron right?). But she stepped out of her office snd denied receiving emails or a note to call her. She actually asked me why didn’t I call her!!!! Now I have to try another location and hope for the best. I have traveled all over the country for work. This location is the worst!!!

I am a relatively new Regions customer that has only interacted with the consumer banking group twice in 6 months. I would advise against a banking relationship with Regions. Both times have been comedically bad experiences and generally frustrating. I called to get a signature guarantee and was informed that they only do it for customers that have had accounts open for >6 months. Apparently mine has been open 2 days shy of 6 months, so they told me to come back in 2 days. I understand when system generated parameters/controls can't be changed. The signature guarantee, however, is a physical stamp issued by the branch manager. It is the type of allowance that could be made, with managerial discretion, as a courtesy to a customer that might plan to stay with the bank long term. I asked if there was wiggle room since it's just 2 days away and we plan to have a long term banking relationship with them (a mortgage). Nope. "No exceptions for customer relationship purposes". This bureaucratic shuffle isn't helping our customer relationship. The representative that relayed this information to me over the phone was polite and courteous.

Been with Regions for years. Used multi branchs, but when our favorite Manager, Fiona M. Moved to this location so did we. We simply love her and the And knowledge that not only does she have but she passes on to all the workers.

New guy there forgot his name, but he messed up on my credit application, with info and after he finished, still couldn’t validate it, he got other associate to finish it, ended up going to another Regions to fix errors on my credit application. Rookie mistake but still wasn’t happy when i left, and after follow up the information i was given was misleading prior, ended up getting turned down. I have Suncoast which is way better, got approved with higher credit limit, and line of credit, same information but was more accurate, won’t be going back here, regarding credit, was left with bad impression.

Personal at this branch has absolutely no respect for their customers. Professionalism it’s definitely not on their job requirements. But they all know how to cover each other’s back. The level of service depends on how they are on that day or if they like you or not

Rude. not helpful, because im not a bank customer they charged me a 20 dollar fee to cash a check that is robbery.

I've been using this bank 4 days a week for my job for over 2 years, everyone inside is courteous and more than willing to help me. The reviews I see here are inaccurate and bias. The staff is great, see for yourself before trusting these angry reviewers who were mad about a Corporate Policy. I love it there!

Out of all the Regions banks this is by far the WORST! I sat in the drive thru for 15 min because they had all new rules just to cash a check. The tellers are so rude!!!
