My review is specific to service. I've been to Roger Dean 3 times for service. It seems like a sweatshop compared to what I'm used to in Colorado. The initial appointment call was too simple and cookie cutter. The initial in-person appointment (and follow ups) the service person is just figuring out what I need while I stand there at the counter. I've had multiple visits due to a simple task not being completed correctly. There was no sense of accountability for lack of quality and wasted trips. If you ever had the sense that the "service" person is only keying in on a few words and the rest is just noise to them, this is that place. My next trip to have service performed on my car will be at a different local dealer. I'll post a review on that one when I experience it.

I dropped off my 2020 Chev Camaro for an oil change. I told Lisa I had a coupon for the oil change, she said the 59$ one, ok good. I picked up the car & my bill was $165 for an oil change, I was told the coupon didn't apply to that vehicle, they had to use different oil, the coupon clearly states not good on Corvettes, they could of & should of called me to tell me this, there's a BIG difference between 59 & 165$, I will NEVER be back here again, my wife had a similar experience with being highly overcharged.

If I could go zero stars I would. This dealerships customer service is so bad that it's a wonder how they even stay in business. They will promise you anything in the world until it comes time to deliver. If you're thinking about going here, reconsider. You will absolutely regret it.

Waited for 15 mins while parts associate was on phone, never looked up , acknowledged or said "be right with you" some other random female employee decided to lecture my children about a picture in the parts dept that there are 2 chairs up against, maybe dont put chairs up against it if it's "very expensive" walked out and heading to Victory Layne Chevy for my parts.

These three charging stations are located in front of the showroom window of Cape Coral's Roger Dean Chevrolet. As near as I can tell, the charging stations are free. I think the intention is that while you're waiting for your EV to charge, perhaps you'll take a look at what Roger Dean is selling. And yes, Chevrolet does offer an increasing number of electrically powered cars. There are some fast food restaurants across the street - Wendy's, Popeye's, Taco Bell and Arby's. You'll see that Pine Island is a super busy road so maybe the hot dog shop next door. No other retail shopping that is super close. [Review 16769 overall - 1495 in Florida - 282 of 2022.]

Had taken my Silverado for a repair to the Radiator Shutter and Front End Alignment… Even though the insurance company made things difficult, Sherry in the Service Department made everything smooth as possible….! I will ALWAYS go back to RogerDean for service to my truck….? Oil Change coming up soon…!!!

Very good service experience. Service advisor Billy - really top notch professionalism. Sets expectations and delivers on those expectations. Would use them again for future service needs on my Chevy. Significantly better vs. other dealers service section including higher makes/brands.

They are excellent. The service department are always very cordial and professional and make you feel like a friend. John Sommer is the best and pleasurable to deal with. I no longer will go to Gettel Chevrolet. And I recommend Roger Dean to friends.

The service department is the BEST! They continuously exceed my expectations. I’ve had 2 emergencies this year (car flooded and battery replacement) and they have been so nice, accommodating, and helpful.

I visited this dealership yesterday for the first time without the expectations of buying anything and ended up leaving with an amazing car for a very reasonable price. Scott was straightforward, helpful, charismatic and helped to move the process along quickly. He did not add any ridiculous fees on top of the price we saw online and was patient and thorough in explaining each and every process that goes into buying and financing a car. Definitely recommend working with Scott!

I own a 95 corvette that I have put tens of thousands into. Recently I DROVE to the service center to change a harmonic balancer. I expected professional assistance but I couldn’t have been more wrong. They told me they couldn’t help me & proceeded to tell me they couldn’t get my engine back together properly. They said not try to start the engine or it may come apart and spew oil!!!! I was forced to trailer it home. They are beyond unprofessional and I am extremely disappointed. And to top it all off they pulled off my door panel and somehow managed to get the window off track which is now hitting the frame. It’s to the point I’m considering some type of legal action. How can I give them a running high performance car and receive my vehicle completely broken.
