If I could give a minus 0 score I would do it, the manager STEL I know because I asked her name HAS A HORRIBLE CHARACTER, Bad way of answering, I asked her about the discount for adults for my mother-in-law and she began to refute me and speak to me in a bad way saying that I will not give you the discount because I am not an adult, I had already paid, and telling me more things with a bad temper and my husband saw how she treated a worker badly, I never returned to Ross again

Manager Estel, is an undesirable and unprofessional person, she spoke in a bad way to me and one of her cashiers, I think she shouldn't have that position with that attitude, I won't come back here, I don't recommend anyone to come here while she's here.

I will not be returning to this Ross location. The staff was incredibly rude, and many of them couldn’t even communicate effectively in English. I went for their yearly markdown sale, but the employees scanning the merchandise were preventing customers from even looking at the items. They would scan products, keep the ones they liked, or give them to their family members who were there shopping.
This behavior is not only unfair to customers but also highly unprofessional. It’s surprising that Ross would allow staff to take items while on the clock. Additionally, staff members were constantly on their personal phones while working on the sales floor. Overall, it was a disappointing experience with a truly unprofessional staff.

I used to love this ross. But since it's been under new management it is a madhouse. There are Hangers On the floor, clothes on the floor. The sales women are absolutely no help whatsoever I asked her where I could find short sleeve blouses, she sent me to the sweaters where I found blouses and sweaters and little kids pajamas even a pair of shoes. The point is there is no Rhyme or Reason to how things are put on the racks. You will drive yourself crazy and waste a lot of time trying to find one item. For your own sanity go anywhere else! Even the sizes are all wrong I wanted a size 6 and so I went to the Smalls and there were size 12 in there and size 14s. That's when I left the store!

Avoid this location if you don’t want to wait in line for 20-40 minutes. They are severely understaffed with only one person at the register which is not okay. Everyone squished together standing in line. After seeing the line barely move for over 20 mins i had to just out my things down and leave.

I usually don’t complain about Ross. Normally I love this store. Today the Monday before Christmas they have only 2 registers open in the Del Prado, Cape Coral. This is horrendous!!! What kind of manager lets the line go down the aisle almost to the back of the store? Totally ridiculous.!!!!

While I did purchase a few things, security is absolutely ridiculous. The security man watched me check out, shove the receipt in my wallet then into my purse. Then I stepped 1 foot to the door where he was and he asked me for my receipt. I said to him you just saw me check out, he replied he needs to look at it for security reasons. I went aside fumbled through my purse, found the receipt. He didn’t even glance at it and through a yellow line through it ; and said he had to do it because he was on camera. Really Ross Stores??

Its employees are very friendly like all Ross stores, a little disorganized but that is a problem for the public. I also found it lacking in assortment but in general it is fine
