I bought Michelin tires, the guy that helped me was great saved me half what the dealership quoted . top of line tires they ride 100% better than the old ones , they were quick friendly and professional, there was a issue but Rob the manager did right by the situation and i couldn't be more pleased , i recommend anyone needing tires check them out first , what shows me service is when a problem happens and they step up and do the right thing 5 stars sam's club you went above and beyond for a customer today thank you robert marsh

DO NOT be scammed by the ATT guys selling phones at Sams Club. They will tell you what you want to hear then your bill will be twice as much. Total scam and needs to be shut down. Was told my bill would be $100 ended up being $170 plus I even took a screen shot of what I was quoted see below. I was also told that with my trade in I would only owe $100 on each phone .....which was a lie. The $700 credit they give comes off of your monthly bill. I have filed a complaint with the Attorney General this has to be stopped

I’ve been going to Sams since they 1st opened & im very!!!! very!!!! Disappointed with them. 02/01/2021 5:30 pm I’ve been calling them regarding a very sentimental crocheted French style hat that my mother crocheted over 10 years ago.

just got new hearing aids from Olga Perkins, who is the audiougligest there. wonderful experience. I walked out with them on and they worked perfectly. it's been few weeks now and everything is great. way to go Olga.

I'm not a member but my boyfriend is. The store as a whole is great and fine from my experience, but this is for the seafood department: I don't know what's going on with you all, but something needs to be done about the raw fish. 2/5 Salmons we've bought from this location smelled rancid and we wanted to cook them the same day we bought them. I'd recommend to buy raw fish somewhere else.

I have been a member for over 25+ years, and yes the senior thing is nice if they had what you are looking for. As I fit into two (2) of the high risk groups (I'm in my late 70's & had cancer-low immune), I only go when I must, and it's a 45 min drive each way. They have not had any of the safety PPE material in the store in the past 60 days. I saw a store employee leaving with a package of Lysol wipes and ask her about it, she said they got a few in early in the morning and the employees grabbed them. I know everyone needs this kind of thing but what good is the senior program if the employees grab everything you need before you can get there? I would be willing to place an order and wait for the stuff to come in, I cannot afford (Health wise) to make dozens of trips just to check if something came in at this time. I would like 1 bottle of Alcohol, 1 box of gloves, 1 pack of Lysol wipes, is that too much to ask? I would be glad to prepay for the items and come get them when they come in - is that asking too much? I also cook my dogs food which is primarily Chicken breast and would purchase the 10-15 lb bags twice a month. The last two times I was in I could get a larger bag at Publix. Nice clean looking store, nice people, but in this time of health danger, a Real disappointment.

Sams started senior concierge service today and I got to be their first customer. I sincerely applaud this layer of protection and help they are providing for us. And I can't begin to tell you how nice it was to be greeted with such beautiful smiles after being cooped up for so long! They were professional, happy to help, we'll organized, and from the time I left my home and returned was about 30 minutes. To see employees on the front lines and so cheerful just warms my heart. Thank you!

I buy steak and chicken for my dogs. Yes they are very lucky dogs. I have been buying meat at this store for awhile now. There were no bottom steaks (@$2.98 lb.) at the store yesterday. Actually there wasn't much at all in the meat cases. This sirloin tip was in the case, I asked one of the butchers if he could slice it for me, he stated they had a new policy. He could slice it, but instead of the $2.98 lb. price, I would have to pay $4.70 lb. for the same piece of meat. HE

NEVER HAD A BUTCHER CHARGE ME TO SLICE MEAT. LOOKING FOR A NEW SOURCE. LAST YEAR OF MY MEMBERSHIP.
