We are a small business that started using Comcast Business Services which was absolutely horrific from beginning to end. We dropped Comcast Business after 5 months of no help and really bad customer service. Sharktek came to the rescue! We had our new system up and running so quick! They held our hand the entire way through training and setting up the portal. I highly recommend not to use Comcast Business and highly highly recommend Sharktek!

Great local company to work with. I used to have Comcast and a phones provided from them. I have found out about Sharktek from a friend that uses there service. I got in contact with Bryan and he met with me and went over the process and what they could for me. I was extremely pleased with the consulting provided by him. Jordan came out to do the install and he was very professional. He swapped out my network with minimum down time and got my new phone system up and running. He was very patient with us and went over the training and answered all of our questions we had for him. I have saved a lot of money after switching to them and the quality of the service is great. I would recommend this company to anyone that needs a new phone system and would like to save money and get better local service.

Brad is a friggin wizard. Outlook can be so frustrating sometimes. I had an issue with my calendar appointments not showing in my to-do bar. He said "let me do some research" and solved it.
