Very rude employee behind register. After filling up my vehicle and paid at the pump, my pump said that attendant has the receipt. I also needed to use the restroom which I have used in the past. I waited in line while she held a conversation with the customer in front of me. When she was done, I asked for the key for the bathroom located outside. She said in a nasty tone, "we don't have bathrooms, go to the Waffle House down the street". I politely said, "ok, but I have a question about how your pumps operate". She said, "what's your question? I said, "why don't you take care of the person behind me who wants to pay for one item?" She rudely said, "what's your question?" I said, "it's a bit on a longer story question." She said in an even more cranky tone, "I don't have time for long questions! What's your question?" So I stated that I had used a pump at another Shell station and had some problems. Before I could finish what I was trying to say, she said in a total raged tone, "well that's a problem between you and the other Shell station!" So I left. Will not return to this place ever again. Another reviewer referred to an old hag that works at this store. I think this was the same person. Zero stars. I also want to add that I have been a regular at this Shell for the last four years, and I have two vehicles.

Personal phone calls are more important than helping customers. When someone holds one finger up while they’re on their cell phone telling you to wait a minute. My time is more valuable than your minimum wage on your cell phone that’s not work related.

Didn't want to put a one star it should be zero I went in there got black in milds and when I was in the car I noticed bugs and maggots in the cigars and I went back inside and the guy said he can't do anything about it and insisted I was the one who switched out cigars and that the cigars weren't the stores I asked for a number to call for corporate and he said it's on the receipt and it's only the stores number when I call it it rings for 3 times and declined the call worst gas station bad customer service I don't know how it's still open would not recommend going there

One of the worst most rude customer service I have ever seen, and it wasn’t even directed towards me. The attitude and environment from the owner and old hag was so nasty I dropped my stuff and walked out.

So far this is the worst gas station on Cape Coral , on 6/15/2023 around 4:30 pm to put gas. I tried 2 gas pumps apparently there were not working. I go inside to informed the lady. Her attitude was very nasty. Is disappointed that this Gas station hired people with no customer service. Just to pay them less than the minimum , and customer have to accept there nasty attitude .

I would give this a 0 star if i could the girls attitude was ridiculous and she gave me looks because i was wearing medical alert bracelets for my medical conditions don't go here if u don't like being disrespected

Asked the guy working there if they had more corona cans since only one on shelf and maybe have a 4 pack and the guy working there or maybe owns the place started yelling at me it on the shelf I said no that premier not extra and I had showed him started getting loud and yelling and disrespectful I will never go here again this was uncalled for like I disrupting his day asking him for something was going to get gas and some chips but after that I even asked him why are you getting loud with me and he kept getting louder and louder so I got loud and said that fine I’m leaving I don’t want nothing from your establishment anymore very bad service attitude problems if I could leave zero stars I would need new management asap

The guy in this store is unbelievably rude!!! He is rude to anyone that steps foot in the store!!!!! Please don’t go here it’s a horrible store and he treats you so terribly and disgracefully !!!!
