After a terrible experience at a SportsClips in Port Charlotte, I decided to drive 45 min south to this location. I’M SO GLAD I DID! Couldn’t be happier! Kimberly did a fantastic job on my haircut and was a delight to talk to! I feel bad that I don’t remember the other stylist that was there but she was funny and was a sweetheart as well!
Definitely worth my drive and I will be back! Thanks ladies!💕

Great cut, fun experience, excellent service. They outdid themselves. I will definitely be backc. The massage chair while getting your hair washed was a really nicee extra bonus as was the hot towel service for my face. I felt very pampered.

Worst haircut ever in almost 15 years coming to this location. Hillary cut my hair extremely awful and didn't apologize. She cuts one side of my head all the way high and not the other side then blames my head when I pointed it out. And also blames my notes. I don't see anywhere where my haircut notes say cut my hair un even. I wouldn't say all stylist here are bad but Hillary was just awful please use caution and avoid this stylist.

I come here a lot and it’s hit or miss, inconsistent fades, sometimes it’s great sometimes not so much, they’re all very lovely and nice people. I went in today and the haircut was fine, she asked if I wanted my beard trimmed I said sure it was a touch long so I said a trim is fine when I say she shaved it down to like a 3 and made it jagged on the line. I have a convention in 2 days and I look ridiculous.

On more than one occasion (three times to be exact), I checked in online while heading to the store. When I arrived just before my check in time, I was told that they were not accepting anymore customers before my son and I even stepped all the way in the door. I pointed to the screen and said, "that's us, it says next up on deck". Lady informed me sorry they were booked for the rest of the evening. It was 5:45 and they didn't close until 7. 4 grown gentleman were waiting and their named on the board fell below ours. It made NO sense. After the 3rd time, I no longer attempt to go here anymore. I drive right past and go to the one in Coralwood. They are not owned by the same people. Your employees need to be more mindful and ethnical.

I reserved online and rushed over when the wait time was reduced. I was a minute or two late, so I had to wait 30 minutes for the next appointment. Okay, that's on me. The problem was I waited much longer. I was "on deck" for an extended time and the stylist I had requested, let's call her Bonnie, was no where to be found. I will say that chick-fil-a was delivered to the stylists. It seems she felt her chicken sandwich was more important than a customer who requested her. I kept wanting another stylist, anyone, as people who just walked in were getting served. No way to change it online. I won't be going back to this business. When I have clients at my business, I serve them first and wait to take a break during a lull. It's common courtesy. 0 stars. I didn't feel she deserved my money so I just walked out. Wasted over an 1 1/2 of our time with drive
