the only pleasant experience was with a employe named Jamie. All the employees were just standing around as she ran around help EVER customer in the store. I had multiple print codes and need help printing Jamie helped until she had to help other customers( she was running the store basically by her self). I asked this other employee i think his name was steve why all my prints but on came out in color, that i only needed black and white copies. He was extremely rude and short with his response of " Its the default to print the documents in original colors YOU have to change it before every print" which seeing as i dont work for staples not something i would know! He continued to repeat the same thing over and over like i was incompetent. Very rude and unprofessional! I just hope this man is just a employee and not a manager! People like him in management is what causes companies to lose good employees/customer! Will be taking my printing business elsewhere.

Terrible service when returning an Amazon Package! Go to Kohls!! I walked in with a heavy package and set it on the counter asked for help from a woman named Natalia. I asked her what to do to return an Amazon package as I had never done that at a Staples before she said I would have to go to the self-serve area and print out a label and that all the steps were on there to do so and it would be very easy. It was nothing but easy I had to print out a label from my phone label popped up with the steps to do it that were matching the printer and as I printed it and put my credit card in for a five dollar charge is been asked me to for a few more steps which I did and it only printed out a link it did not print out the label which cost an additional $.75. I did not have a label so I walked back up to Natalia to ask her what to do not send it the machine wasn't working the way that I thought it would and I did not know how to utilize it. She then told me that I would have to go back over there and wait for someone in the area to help me. As I was talking with her someone else walked up to the printer and all of the information was lost. She seemed as if I was an annoyance to her. I asked to speak to the manager and he was anything but disrespectful as he laughed and told me that's why it is self serve. Where has customer service gone? Shame on Staples this is not a way to continue doing business, you will loose many customers. I paid $5.75 for a label that I never received.

Stopped by a few days in a row, needed some random office supplies, monitor, cables and Bluetooth headphones and I had to spend lots of time in the printing section with my little toddler! Thursday I came in and was assisted by Nick helping me get my monitor and cables for me, fabulous customer service ! Then I had to print a handful of things and had no idea what to do, the young lady working on Thursday evening around 6/6:30 in the printing area, my goodness you were beyond helpful(I'm so sorry I didn't get your name!). Not to mention my son tried saying hi to her over 50 times and she kindly responded every time, thank you so the amazing service ! Unfortunately the headphone I purchased didn't work so I had to come back the next day , Friday . Thankfully Nick was there and directed me to where I needed to go, I also had to return a cable I ended up not needing. The two ladies at the check out , Sidney and Melissa, I can't thank them enough ! We laughed, they listened, one was training and they went above and beyond, we had a weird register issues but they worked through it with such great attitudes and chatted with my little guy since he was with me again. They got me taken care of and also directed me in how to reach out with another question to the manager . The four of you made my experience so easy , thanks again !!! I know which Staples I'll be returning to if I need anything else !

I walked into Staples for the first time ever looking for a laptop. I want sure if they had any but we decided to give it a try. When I walked in the whole store looked exactly like Office Depot which was really funny and weird. I was a manager at Office Depot so it was kind of funny feeling like I was in a store that wasn't that. Walking in, no one greeted us! Which I found to be weird because, you're always supposed to greet the customers; or maybe it's just me! All of the employees were at the front just standing around not doing much. As I walk over to view the laptops, I was a bit confused. Nothing had prices! So, I looked around the store to see if anyone was on the sales floor to help me but there was no one. Like I said before everyone was in the front of the store. After, a little bit of time we decided to leave, if you weren't trained to help customers; I can't blame them. To an Staples employee or manager reading this, change that! Quick!

Looking for a box big enough to ship my suitcase as I'm not planning to lug two weeks of Florida clothes to and from Italy. This Staples has all the usual office supplies including paper, pens, booklets, laptops and laptop bags, computer accessories, printers and printer inks, office furniture and the like. They do have some boxes and one of them was almost good enough. But 24 inches is not going to fit my 26 inch tall suitcase and so that won't do. Staff was helpful and did check their inventory to see if they had anything else. [Review 12770 overall, 84 of 2020.]

Needed 2 small (6"x9")signs laminated by themselves. 1.) I was charged a fee because I was waiting. There was NO ONE else in line. It took the kid literally 30 seconds to do. 2.) It took him 30 seconds and my stuff is ruined. Bubbles, mismatched sizes for laminating. I asked for the signs to be centered, nope, they're right at the corner of the plastic.

I wanted business cars printed. Was told be ready next day. They weren't. 2nd day called they said their system wasn't working and being repaired call next day. Still not working. Next day same story. I cancelled the order. Spoke to supervisor complained. Told her I told the person day one I needed these by Sat. -( this was Mon) . Told super that none called me to tell me of delay, did not offer to source out to another closer store, and did not offer me any type of compensation for time spent and aggravation.

Shane and Staci Spitler were absolutely no help at all. Was very surprised with the lack of knowledge and care they had for a customer. I was extremely calm and did not express anger. Just that I was disappointed. They simply said " try an at home design ". Extremely unprofessional.

Walked into the store at 7:45pm needing something printed. No one was in line to have anything printed but they refuse to do it because they closed in 15 minutes and had already shut everything down. When a store says it Closes at 8 PM it should not close before 8 PM.

Secretly Seattle Staples = raining outside, intensifying as I travel towards this store Bonus : they sell glow-in-the-dark slime for like, $ 6 and $ 13. That rules! Should I get a tattoo of the Staples logo covered in green slime? It is like : Nickelodeon "Double Dare" TV show filmed @ a rave with blacklight. I came here, looking for one thing in particular, and it's like, they have everything stocked/available, except for the one thing I need. S*** happens, right?

I went in to have two pages copied. A simple five minute task. Shane " clerk in training" says okay it will be ready on Monday?! What! Seven days to get two copies you can't do it now. Oh well we're busy. There's four employees behind the counter and none of them are doing a thing! I hope this store closes like the one on pine island rd. It's sad that people are this sorry and lazy that they can't do there job

This is about printing services. I have had several negative incidences with Staples printing but continue to use them for big projects as Staples is the closest print center to my home in Cape Coral (and for business folks thinking it would be nice to be in sunny FL and run your business, think again, Cape Coral is for retires and not for business owners!). Frankly, the customer service is very poor. Understaffed, rude staff, stressed out staff, unskilled staff, messed up print jobs and/or unable to complete projects in a timely manner are all issues I have had with Staples. I had business cards printed and 1/2 of the cards were printed on paper so thin I thought it was tissue paper -- even though I paid extra for heavier paper. Last month I sent a large document in via email to be printed. I received a confirming email from Staples (i.e., "Thank you for your print order"). When I went to pick up the documents, my work was not done as they had changed their print order email address, even though the old address is still responding with a confirmation. I could give more examples, but you get the picture....
